This article asserts no notability through reliable sources, and as such is just an in-universe repetition of plot elements from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon and episode articles. - Trim and Merge: I agree that the character is not important enough for his own page and instead of deletion it should be merged to List of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters after excessive plot details have been removed since most of the profile are on various episodes from Season 3.
