[edit] Death On The Wind
previously db-ed, the article is unreferenced, and a quick search on the Internet doesn't bring any result on the creator's name doesn't bring any result, the sword name doesn't bring anything significant either. So I'm inclined to think this is an hoax and bringing it to AfD -- lucasbfr talk 09:45, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. Hoax or not, it appears to be both unattributed and not notable. But it's likely a hoax: "this blade is estimated to be worth enough to buy a country as rich as the United States of America"? --Charlene 10:00, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. Haha... I agree, it's obvious that the article is total b*****ks when you get to that bit. No refs either. Though in response to Lucasbfr, if the sword existed and was really worth that much, it would definitely be notable ;-) Fourohfour 17:49, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. This hoax is what you get when Death on the Nile meets Gone with the Wind. Qworty 10:07, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete - from the content of the article, I can't even tell whether it is fictional or supposedly real. Maybe CSD criteria A1 applies? Deli nk 11:46, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete This is a nonsense. It could be speedied under CSD G1. There is no such sword. --Cyrus Andiron 15:08, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Speedy Delete as nonsense. DarkAudit 16:48, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. I can't find any refs on the internet either. I suppose the author would claim that's because they're all in Japanese, but it reads like a hoax to me. Smalljim 22:41, 11 May 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. In the context of my understanding of Japanese history - this article makes no sense to me. --Gwern (contribs) 23:22 11 May 2007 (GMT)
- Delete "Worth enough to buy a country as rich as the United States", "it can cut through most other forms of metal", can fly through the air and makes great coleslaw. Bollocks indeed. QuagmireDog 17:52, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
