This is a non-notable individual. He is the head of a small heraldic organization and the article currently reads as though it is a self-produced biography. In fact, the only editor of this page is Davidwu10, who appears to be the subject. The only main space page that links here is that for the American College of Heraldry. I think that this is fairly clearly a vanity page of a NN person. Eva bd 16:35, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
