[edit] David Freeman (2)
Very long and confusing unsourced autobiography, but I can't see any real notability here. WP:BIO, WP:VAIN apply. For some reason, User:Axiomm (who is not the author) replaced the speedy and prod tags with {{hangon}}, so I guess it's AfD time. Sandstein 20:07, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Delete as vanity. Catamorphism 20:17, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:BIO... Can't find any WP:V info about Mr. Freeman or his company. If this is kept, it is in dire need of cleanup and content editing.--Isotope23 20:27, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:BIO. [1], [2]. PJM 20:28, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
- Moved. I guess this page belongs on the auther's userspace. I moved it since the above users feel it must be deleted. Axiomm 23:45, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
Since the article is now in user space (at User:Dcfree8), I am relisting it at "miscellaneous deletion". - Mike Rosoft 10:55, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- Self-promotion. Delete, even from user space. (The creator has no other edits.) - Mike Rosoft 20:34, 16 March 2006 (UTC)
- Delete from userspace, and I support the deletion from article space, per WP:BIO. Policy forbids User: pages to be used for substantial purposes other than creating this encyclopedia. If this were an active contributor of non-vanity articles, I'd be more inclined to let a bio survive on a userpage, but "no other edits"... Barno 15:28, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- Wait a minute -- Normally, I'm all for deleting userpages of low edit users if they are improper -- but this guy is a clear newbie, and his page isn't malicious or anything. Let's try talking to him before deleting, so we don't drive away a potentially good contributor. Xoloz 17:05, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
- Comment However this gets closed, be sure to delete David Freeman (2) redirect. — xaosflux Talk 03:45, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
- Leave it in the user space at least for now. The leftover redirect, however, was clearly an oversight. I'll fix it. Rossami (talk) 15:29, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
