Dicdef stub; These can often be turned into a good article, but the author in this case seems to be confusing "crime music" with grime, on which WP already has an article. (The external link goes to a site about grime.), so this probably isn't even a neologism. The term gets 29,000 Ghits, but I cannot find one that discusses this term in the same way as the article.
