This article is a mess! It reads like a business seminar, and is devoid of any salvegeable information. On top of that, it might be in violation of copyright. JianLi 22:20, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

• Delete - if you check the references cited, you will indeed find that it is indeed a copyright violation as it is an almost word for word copy with only slight cosmetic text modifications.
