Consularization is a valid, if obscure, subject in international law. Even if only to discuss the history of the calls at GATT (in 1952) and at the WTO (in 2005) for abolishing it, Wikipedia should have an article on the subject. Keep. Uncle G 06:32, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
