[edit] Construction (RuneScape)

Per Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mining (RuneScape) and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fishing (RuneScape), should be deleted and transwikied to the article on the RuneScape wiki. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 07:49, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

• RuneScape skills already has a fully fleshed-out section on construction. There's nothing here that can be sensibly merged. And there's almost never a reason to redirect from a disambiguated title, especially a specific disambiguation like (RuneScape) as opposed to a general one like (author). • Keep It's got a lot of information and I feel that the RuneScape Skills page is already jumbled.--Cool Spy0 19:37, 30 June 2006 (UTC)

• Strong delete - WP:NOT a game guide. The facts that 'it's too big to merge' should never be carte blanche for an article that violates one of the main principles of Wikipedia to be permitted. • Comment That's a tad misleading, the skills articles gives a brief summary of construction, it is not a merge, it points to construction as the "main article". Englishrose 14:58, 3 July 2006 (UTC)

• Speedy Keep New skill, more sophisticated than prev. skills and it has MUCH more to come, can't fit in RuneScape. Not game-guidey in the least, simply defines sections of one's potential house. Finally, it has been decided to temportally keep the RS wiki and this disconnected. I can see mining/fishing/Woodcutting going as reasonable, because they follow one procedure for every action. • Strong Keep - Surely the Runescape Skills page is far to big to have all of the separate skills pages merged into it? The skills page should be left for a more vague overlook, and the separate pages kept for more intricate details about the skill. I know that Wikipedia is not a game guide, but these pages are not necessarily part of a a game guide, more an encycopaedic information source. //R_edH_otR_adiators ^talk 15:07, 4 July 2006 (UTC)

• IMO, Deletion void... The afd lister is seeming to go for all RuneSCape articles, one by one. This is void as a deletion on the whole lot got debated and got decided to be kept. J.J.Sagnella 17:37, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

Comment. I don't know how anybody would say that, given that it was User:Ixfd64 who listed Runecrafting along with Cooking (RuneScape), Crafting (RuneScape), Magic (RuneScape), and Prayer (RuneScape). Unless you meant your comment for that AfD, I think you are mistaken. Also, what does the fact that somebody tried to do a massive deletion months ago, long before the RuneScape wiki was up and running have to do with this deletion itself? -- Ricky81682 (talk) 17:44, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
