Reads like an advertisement, seems to exist mostly to house spammy external links, very few pages link to this article and its niche is unclear. MastCell 23:04, 27 September 2006 (UTC)

- Keep: it may be a specialized topic, but it relates to the acqusition of clinical data which involves privacy issues (e.g. HIPAA)Pvosta 14:02, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
