This article could be about any Italian restaurant called "Ciao," anywhere in the world, and the article doesn't provide enough information for anybody (including other editors) to tell which of the potentially thousands of Ciao restaurants it is talking about.   • Speedy delete, CSD-A1 popped in mind when reading the article. I think it may refer to a chain of several restaurants around Italian highways, but a quick google search for Ciao ristorante reveals that are tons of restaurant with that name. As a result, this article does not provide sufficient context for even identifying what it is about, let alone expanding (that it's short is not enough for A1.)
