Youngest concert promoter in the Phillipines... but my math suggests she's still 15 or so, and I don't think that organizing a one-off concert is grounds for notability. google for cheddar deLeon OR "de leon" -ponce -cheese gets me a few hundred hits, the relevant ones of which appear to be blog entries.
