Not an encyclopedic article as well as lacking notability. The content itself is described as a "project" and therefore would have been better off as part of Wikipedia Tambayan Philippines. Starczamora (talk) 02:42, 19 February 2008 (UTC)

  • Delete for now. I found this while searching the net. However this piece is a opinion article so I think we can't use it as a source. I hope they can finish their goal though so we could re-create the article with more sources.--Lenticel (talk) 08:54, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
