[edit] Casnel Bushay
This athlete substub was created in connection to the 2006 Commonwealth Games, where he participated without even reaching the semi finals. Except for this mere participation at the 2006 Commonwealth Games this athlete has achieved nothing, thus falling below the notability bar. No Olympic participation, nothing. Believe me, I have searched for ways to expand the article (see for instance this diff for Jone Delai), but when an athlete hasn't even won a medal at the regional championships (in this case: the Central American and Caribbean Championships), not even a bronze medal at the CARIFTA Games (Under 17 Boys), it's just not enough to warrant inclusion here.
