Buried deep within this article is the germ of something which might be notable, so the speedy tag was not really appropriate. On the other hand, even if it is notable, this article is possibly woirse than no article at all because it looks so very much like a WP:NFT failure. I'm prepared to withdraw the nom if it's likely to be genuinely important, in the mean time I am bringing it here because it was tagged for speedy deletion.
