Previous AfD failed due to a lack of consensus on what to do. Everyone agreed it wasn't notable enough, so it was split between a delete or redirecting. Hence, this article shouldn't be up. I don't see any indication of notability in it's own right or in relation to anything else. Delete. Yanksox 23:21, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
