• Delete The author has created a whole flood of similar articles. I vote delete for all of them (at least judging by the ones that I had a glimpse at). olki 21:33, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
• Delete per above. The title is generic but the article is clearly jurisdiction specific. Finally, I highly suspect this is partially advertising, given the tag line at the end of the article and that a quick google search shows there is a crimial defence lawyer in California by the same name of the original author at the same domain of "nocuffs".
