Unless something amazing happened to the animal during filming, or perhaps gained media attention afterwards, I don't see how this requires its own article. The dog may be notable for its role in the movie, Air Buddies, but there is only so much that can be written about an animal actor (I sure don't want to see articles about every dalmation from 101 dalmations appearing...).
