Speedied a few times, restored a few times, I'm bringing it to AfD per Wikipedia:Undeletion_policy.
Google[1] doesn't turn up much to make me think he's encyclopedic, and news has nothing[2]. Delete unless further information can be provided to demonstrate notability. brenneman(t)(c) 14:25, 29 December 2005 (UTC)
