[edit] Bret Miles Jr.
Nom - Non-notable, self-promotional biography. Speedy was contested, so here it is. Rklawton 15:18, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
KeepWeak keep Plenty of articles (motorsport.com, autoracingdaily.com, winchesterspeedway.com) to establish notability. As a newcomer, came in 5th at the 2005 MAX 93.5/96.7 CRA Street Stock race, sponsored by a notable racing association. Get rid of the sappy interviews with mom.--Sethacus 15:44, 18 October 2007 (UTC)- Comment Are we now saying that every ASA, ARCA and so forth driver is notable? - Delete; this is very low-level to mid-level racing, not professional racing; tens of thousands of people drive at these levels most every weekend at small tracks across North America. I honestly can't see how placing second in a race at this level can possibly convey the notability required by WP:BIO, and what appears to be mostly local coverage is what a lot of racers can expect to get. (Believe me on that one, I've given some of them that coverage.) Tony Fox (arf!) 20:33, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Delete fails WP:N and WP:BIO. Call me when he races NASCAR. --Sc straker 00:10, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
