[edit] Blackblack
Deleted twice as a7, once as prod, notability issues. The prod was contested so I am putting it here as a standard procedure. No opinion from my side. Tone 11:39, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- Delete per WP:MUSIC, then suggest redirection to Black Black. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 14:25, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
- Delete as failing WP:MUSIC and because notability is not inherited. Redirection as above could be fine.--h i s s p a c e r e s e a r c h 15:39, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Deletefor lack of notability. Redirection doesn't make sense to me, the subjects are unrelated. — X S G 22:54, 3 February 2008 (UTC)- Keep - I was unaware of the Alex Greenwald connection, which is pretty clearly a criteria for notability. — X S G 23:31, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- Delete no notability. - Milk's Favorite Cookie 02:33, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
- Keep because the band is notable for containing guitarist Alex Greenwald of the notable band Phantom Planet. According to WP:MUSIC, this is grounds for notability. Also according to WP:MUSIC, the band page should redirect to Greenwald's page, but I believe this is not necessary because Blackblack have enough achievements of their own to at least make them above "side project" status. In the event that the page is deleted, I think redirection to Black Black is really not necessary because they are completely unrelated. I think if the page is deleted it should redirect to Alex Greenwald and a section should start on his page about the band. -Lamarcus (talk) 01:47, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
- Keep. WP:MUSIC criterion #6 clearly applies. Given there is a reasonable amount of cited material here, I would agree with Lamarcus that a merge with Alex Greenwald would not be a good idea. However, a merge would be more sensible than deletion. WP:MUSIC criterion #4 may also apply, although the article does need more citations. Bondegezou (talk) 17:49, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
- Delete unless the author or interested party can find notable references (someone's blog doesn't count as notable) and third-party citations.--Sallicio 09:25, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
- Keep and place {{Verify}} tag at the top of the page. If no sources are added within the next few months I suggest re-AFD'ing it. D.M.N. (talk) 14:57, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

- Keep This doesn't fail WP:MUSIC, it explicitly meet criterion #6. Keep it tagged per D.M.N. --L. Pistachio (talk) 08:38, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

- Weak Keep Two tours and a semi-notable member is just enough for WP:MUSIC, isn't it? Delicious carbuncle (talk) 23:57, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
