I personally don't think this association is notable. There are other associations with this name, but I couldn't locate this particular one on google [1]. A number of claims in the article are... unsupported, so to say. Tizio 17:09, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

  • Not To Delete I am 100% sure that this Group exists. Give more time & tell what to put to prove it. There are many ways to prove it. One can't find this on the internet, this is because it is from Myanmar & it just started to appear. — Digimon9 (talk • contribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic.

  • Not To DeleteI don't think this page is a joke. I have heard of BDA and I've actually seen these guys out in the streets, driving around with their signal lights on. The problem of this page is that it is not phrased properly. Probably the user wrote this article has a bad english background. Give him time.
