Article creator removed db-band and noted that "BoC gained notability in 2008 as being the first Wise County band to upload music onto the internet". I'm not sure that this is sufficient to meet the notability guidelines (and it's uncited, to boot), but it is at least an assertion of notability. There's nothing else to indicate that this band meets the WP:MUSIC notability criteria, Google searches are unusually barren and even catalogue sites like All Music Guide do not have an entry for them.
