[edit] Birthplaces of music
A list of places (3) where types of music may have started. Unverifiable--nixie 01:37, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Comment. Even if those 3 places are verified, the other question we need to consider is should this list even be in Wikipedia. Zzyzx11 02:41, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- I'm assuming that those kind of details that can be stated as fact are already in History of music, I fail to see the need for this list.--nixie 02:49, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Well, I don't think this list is necessary. Delete. Zzyzx11 08:41, 14 Mar 2005 (UTC)

- Delete. As far as I know, music is generally not "born" but evolved from other genres, hence trying to pinpoint a single place as the "birthplace" is dubious, at best. -R. fiend 15:18, 17 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete. A lot of this is already covered on List of places after which musical genres have been named or whatever it's called. Grutness|hello? 10:28, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete it's rubbish. Robinoke 17:44, 19 Mar 2005 (UTC)
