Article on a high school music teacher. He has barely enough accomplishments to perhaps constitute a claim of notability, and hence is perhaps not a CSD. Nevertheless, being involved in a bunch of youth music programs is hardly encyclopedic. This is one of the problems with having a few thousand high school articles.
