None of the contents can be verified - the University's web site is down and apparently has been for some time. And based on the article history, the content is a stripped-down version of a probable copyright violation. Barrylb (talk) 06:56, 21 November 2007 (UTC)

  • Keep and cleanup as necessary. A quick search shows that the university is verifiably real and still open as of 2007. The history section appears to be a copy-and-paste, but its substance and other parts of the article can be sourced from 3rd parties.   • Keep Per this pdf file the government of the Philippines has audited Bicol university, which is evidence that it exists. Universities are generally notable, even if their articles need improvement. Cardamon (talk) 07:23, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
