Primary source material. Apart from being badly titled and badly Wikified, this article is just an excerpt from the text of the Treaty of Versailles. The full text of the Treaty is already available elsewhere, but it could be posted to Wikisource if someone wanted to do it; it doesn't belong in Wikipedia.
