A record label and its owner. No evidence of notability or even of existence. Both the works of Snakea5 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · block user · block log). Unless someone more knowledgable in this field can find some information that corroborates this, I think both comprise an ad for a non-notable person and his company.
