• Comment Hardcore basketball fans will have heard of Atkinson for his game-winning heroics, and I have found a couple of newspaper articles about the guy ([1], [2]). He was just drafted by the Harlem Globetrotters (in their first-ever draft) and was invited to the ESPY Awards. However, a mention at the Barton College page is probably good enough for the time being, since all of Atkinson's fame stems from a single accomplishment. He might make an NBA team someday, but he's just as likely to fade into obscurity.Zagalejo 04:11, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

• Delete without prejudice, per lack of notability. I'm one of those hardcore hoops fans that HAVE heard of him, but even 10 points in 45 seconds to win a national title isn't notable enough.
