  • Comment: "Keep per nom" makes absolutely no sense. "Per nom" means "for the same reason as the nominator", and the nominator is asking for the page to be deleted, not kept. Stifle (talk) 19:05, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

• Delete or Merge with Virginia U.S. House election, 2006. Proposed guidelines at Wikipedia:Candidates and elections suggest articles on the election itself be created first. I think candidacy for federal offices should be notable (articles on incumbents can and do include info on their candidacies), however current policy doesn't permit that. The rules say delete, or preferably merge with a page on the election itself. Scorpiondollprincess 14:11, 18 July 2006 (UTC)
