  • I suppose it could be whittled down to an NPOV stub if everything but the "History" section were deleted. But is there enough information in there to be worth salvaging? It would probably be more like a sub-stub. Perhaps it would be better to delete the article as unusable and let someone re-create it later as a more informative stub, if they can.
