[edit] Akasaka Prince Hotel
AfDs for this article:
In violation of WP:NOT#TRAVEL, with no assertion of why it is notable. Russavia 18:18, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
- Keep - A luxury hotel of this size and scope in a very major city is notable. Last AfD was a unanimous keep. --Oakshade 21:57, 29 July 2007 (UTC)
- Strong Keep - This is a major luxury hotel near the Japanese parliament, was designed by Kenzo Tange, has notable architecture, and houses one of Tokyo's top French restaurants in a mansion that once belonged to the Japanese Imperial Family, and Yi Gu was born and died there. Simply because the article is in need of more details doesn't mean it should be deleted. Alexthe5th 17:23, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
- Keep per design by notable architect Kenzo Tange. Maybe some more information about the architecture of the building would be interesting, too. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 16:09, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- Keep notable if only because of Tange. It would be nice to see the article expanded (I tagged it a year ago to no avail). Pascal.Tesson 19:09, 3 August 2007 (UTC)
- Keep — obviously a major hotel even on a quick inspection. Why was this put up for deletion in the first place, seemingly with no research? This is yet another WP:SOFIXIT case. The proposer could perhaps address this! — Jonathan Bowen 23:37, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
