• Delete per nom, which means "according to/because of the rationale given by the nominee". Alternatively, you can write "per" someone else, which would be according to/because of the rationale given by that someone else, or "per" your own rationale, and state it (e.g. violation of some policy rule, in this case WP:NOT).
