- Delete, no assertion of notability, not even a single source. I couldn't find any relevant references to his band, which seems to fail WP:BAND, and the only claim that does assert notability (Moyer is perhaps best known for a 2004 letter-writing project in which he wrote a letter to every state governor requesting permission to parachute over each state capitol building) is unsourced and probably a hoax.
