Basically a dicdef of what appears to be a specialized economics term; it doesn't look approriate for Wiktionary and might very well be an attempt to spam on the part of article creator Liminzhong (talk · contribs). Prod removed by author. JuJube (talk) 11:39, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
