A 15-story office building that is so unnoteworthy it has to be identified by its address. There are thousands upon thousands of office buildings in the world, and not all of them require a place on wikipedia. This is one of a large number of articles on buildings in Windsor, Ontario, one of which has already been deleted (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Solidarity Towers).
