[edit] 2022 Winter Olympics
Was tagged speedy but not under a speedy criterion. Nevertheless, Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. ➨ ❝REDVERS❞ 22:30, 18 April 2006 (UTC)

- Delete: unsourced, unencyclopedic crystal balling. Royboycrashfan 22:53, 18 April 2006 (UTC)
- Weak delete. While likely to happen, there's probably nothing to say about these games right now that wouldn't be original research. BryanG 04:02, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

- Delete, per WP:NOT a crystal ball . While there is an exception to the crystal ball principle for "scheduled or expected future events", this is so far into the future that "nothing can be said about [it] that is verifiable and not original research". Wait until the bids are announced. --bainer (talk) 02:52, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
- Delete Looks like it was created out of boredom. Gold Stur 04:47, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- Keep There is 2024 Summer Olympics, so why not 2022 ? Hektor 20:12, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
- The question, really, is how many is too many. I invite you all to join the discussion I stated above and give your input. It just seemed to me when I went to delete some of these that some had more valuable info than others, and it would be a pity to lose some info that may be useful in the future. → J@red 20:26, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
Utmost Keep If we kept 2024, we have to keep something earlier. Jonathan235 17:28, 22 April 2006 (UTC)
- Keep Hektor brings up a very valid point. I see no reason why this article should be deleted when the summer olympics has an article take occurs two years after this one.--Cini 19:35, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
