The result was Delete—I am closing this early based on both the unanimity of opinion and the discussion at WP:PNT (referenced below). For future reference, I think that this would have been ok to address via the WP:PROD deletion path. Please let me know on my talk page if you disagree with my closure; I would rather resolve disagreement there than go right into WP:DRV.
