Jose Salgado, born in Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal is a portuguese-american trumpeter. Jose, who currently lives in Lowell, Massachusetts, has played for distinguished portuguese-american band like the "Banda Espirito Santo de Lowell". He is famous for his ability to play with a ciggarete in one side of his mouth and the trumpet on the other. He has played in "dancas de carnival" numerous times and is known to the portuguese community in Massachusetts as the greatest trumpet player who ever lived.

Then the origins of his most recalled book were created, he writed a little no end history called "The Four Stones" a cheap copy of the Lord of the Rings, he just wanted to write something else, he started to read Edgar Allan Poe and then a new idea camed to his head a little history called "Mr. K." It was about a Widow man whit three children, the man was so lonely and miserable. The descriptions of that history where so clear for a 10 year old boy. The book starts whit the description of a miserable town so little and death called Bridgetown, the description takes all the town until getting to Middle Street, the famous street. The story was about a killer, but it was just about a racional realistic crime story.

The story was lost between more stories about hobbits, and magical stories. The he started again at elevn year old whit a new sequel, the name was "Los Cuentos de Bridgetown" (Bridgetown Tales) whit its four books "El Asesinato de los Kipling" (Kiplings Murder), "El Crimen en Luxemburg Street" (Called before "El Ahorcado", The Hanged) (Luxemburg Street Crime) "La Masacre de los Redclif" (Redclifs Massacre) and "El Desaparecimiento de los Wilhem" (Wilhems Vanishing. Kiplings Murder was where BRidgetown born and the crime story continued, it was the same story as in "Mr. K" but different. Luxemburg Street Crime was going to turn into something else later. Redclifs Massacre was never written, it was just resumed into a paper for later writting, but it wasnt ended. Wilhems Vanishing turned to be the first story whit psychological fear, paranoia thanks to that the principal character gets trapped by the antagonist of the whole sequel of Bridgetown Tales and put into torture making him allucinate. He started writting again when at its 12 years old its fathers broke up. They get to live in Mexico City now, afecting some how living in a drwoning city to its descriptions of Bridgetown. His mom turned to be the girlfriend of the real antagonist of the story of Felipe Jardel, Guillermo Ibarra, its step-father. They go to live in Morelia, Michoacan. There all the terrible, miserable and tormente descriptions in his stories born. He lived in hate against its step-father. All its hate concentrated in a little red book, where he signed being a guy called Paul, he estipulated that Guillermo was filling her mom whit idiotic ideas against her own son Felipe. His descriptions where found by her mom and Felipe was put onto a psychologist.

People believe that where he destacated in a page that he could see a little girl dressed in white at night

Staine is an american alternative rock band that was formed in 1990 by Patrick Moriarity and Danny Little. The band's first hit "Sherbet" has won 1 grammy award and Best Song of The Year by TIME Magazine. Their first album on a major label, Smiley Snack, had only eight tracks and was just longer than 20 minutes. Their second album, entitled Dip, was nominated for Best Album Of The Year. Their current album, Milato Cookie, won 1 Grammy for Best Album and was nominated for Best Selling Single. They are currently working on new material for 2008.

Biography Prof. Ferhang Huseyinov was born in 1949 in Bakü Azerbaijan. He has started his music education at Azebaijan State Conservatory Nightingale Music School. After he graduated in 1968, he kept studying violin with Karp Dombeyev and composing with Kara Karayev at Azerbaijan State Conservatory until 1971. Than he continued his education with Leonid Kogan in Violin, and Aram Chatschaturian in composing at Moscow State Conservatory until 1975. He was graduated with honor degree. In 1975 he was assigned as a professor at Azerbaijan State Conservatory on violin and composing. Later he become a member of Azerbaijan Composers Union. In 1972 he performed as a soloist with Moscow Conservatoire Orchestra in Berlin. Same year he won the gold medal at Herbert von Karajan competition. Prof.Huseyinov is the leading violinist of Baku and Moscow String Quartet. He made the very first performances of contemporary music in Azerbaijan as a violinist and became the leading one. Under the influence of Karayev, Chatschaturian and Enescu, Bartók he improved himself in composition. Winning the first prize of “Silk Road” competition held in Japan in 1991 was his first international success as a composer. Than, he was commissioned an opera by Ashai TV in Japan. Premiere was held on 1993 in Tokyo with a great success. In 1995 the United Nations Peace Prize is given to him for his oratorio “May Peace Prevail on Earth”. When he receives another prize from United Nations with Stabat Matter for Soprano and String Quartet, he took place at Grove Music Encyclopedia. Later he won the first prize at Jose Asunsiyon Flores competition held in Paraguay by UNESCO in 2000 with “Cappricio Guarani”. Since 1992 he has been working at the Cukurova State Conservatory,Turkey as a violin instructor. He has been invited as an instructor at international music courses held in Haifa and Prag since 2002. He composed “Ladino Fantasy” for Israel New Chamber Music String Quartet. Later he composed a ballet music “Queen Aba” for Mersin Opera and Ballet Company and the world premiere was held on October 2005 with a great success.

London Nexus burst onto the tournament paintball scene with their coach Pete Robinson (US editor of PGi Magazine)in 2003 after trials in Spring of 2002.

In 2007, the paintball world saw a completely revamped Nexus with several new players and sponsors.

They played in the Millennium Series, X-5 Championship Series and PSP World Cup

After all of the great support which the team received from Dye with the gold gear and Nexus DM7, and all of their other sponsors, Nexus repaid the companies with great results in the Millennium Series (placing 3rd) and the X-5 Championship Series - placing 3rd in both.

Nexus really are a great team to watch and are now undoubtedly the best team in the UK and arguably the best in Europe.

William "Bill" Scandling (June 17, 1922 - August 22, 2005) was an American businessman and philanthropist who was one of the founders of Saga Corporation a multi billion dollar foodservice and restaurant company^{[1] [2]}. Scandling funded the redevelopment of the Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester which was renamed to honor his wife in 1993^[3].

Mr. Scandling grew up in Rochester, New York and attended several Rochester area high schools, graduating from Brighton High School in 1940^[4]. He started work as a salesman for a Men's Clothier spending some time travelling through the midwest. He was called to military service in July of 1942 and served in the Pacific theater for the Army Air Forces during World War II. In his military service he eventually rose to the rank of Technical Sergeant working for the Army Airways Communication System ^[5].

At the close of the war Scandling enrolled at Hobart College with financial support from the G.I. Bill. In 1948 Scandling, along with fellow veteran-classmates Harry W. Anderson and W. P. Laughlin, took over operation of the Hobart dining hall which had been nearing bankruptcy. The following year they started providing dining services for William Smith College. Scandling graduated from Hobart in 1949 with a degree on Economics. He and his partners continued to operate their cafeteria business and incorporated it in the lates 1940s. After learning that Geneva was built on an old Native American village called Kanadasaga, it was decided that Saga Corporation would be a fitting name for the new company.

In the summer of 1952 Saga opened operations at their third account at Kalamazoo College ^[5]. In 1962 Saga's national headquarters opened in Menlo Park, California. In 1968 Saga went public, offering 321,000 shares of common stock. By 1970 Saga was serving meals to hospitals and retirement communities in addition to college cafeterias and was also operating its first two restaurant chains Black Angus^[6] and the Velvet Turtle. By 1973 Saga was serving more than 400,000,000 meals a year. Other restaurant chains operated by Saga included Straw Hat Pizza^[7] and MacArthur Park. At its height Saga ran food service contracts for more than 400 Univeristy, College, Hostpital, and Retirement homes^[8].

Scandling served as Saga Corporation's president from 1968 to 1978. He said that one of his proudest achievements was in 1984 when Saga was named one of the 100 best companies in America to work for, according to his family^[9].

In 1986, Scandling and his partners sold Saga to Marriott Corporation in a hostile takeover valued at more than $400 million^[10]. Despite the sale Scandling had opposed the takeover and wrote about it in a 1994 book The Saga of Saga: the Life and Death of an American Dream ^[9]. Writing in the Winter 1997 issue of the Pultney Street Survey alumni and alumnae magazine for Hobart and William Smith Colleges Dana Cooke wrote about Saga corporation that "In the 39 years it existed, the company changed the face of college food service nationwide, introducing contracting and service concepts to the industry. It pioneered a staff-empowerment management style decades before such philosophies came into vogue."^[11]

Scandling was awarded an honorary degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 1967^[12]. In 1998 Saga Corporation founders Scandling, Anderson, and Laughlin were awarded the Medal of Excellence from the Hobart Alumni Association. At that time the Colleges and Marriott had a ceremony to note the legacy of Saga Corporation and the main dining hall in the Scandling Center was formally be renamed Saga^[11].

Scandling's first wife Margaret Warner Scandling died in 1990. In 1995 Scandling married Yvette Farquharson-Oliver. The Scandling's had a son named Michael and resided in Atherton, California. William Scandling died August 22 2005 in Montreal at the age of 83.

Scandling had been a member of many professional societies. He was a member of the Menlo Country Club in Woodside, California, and the Seneca Yacht Club in Geneva, New York ^[5]. Scandling established the Scandling Family Foundation in 2000^[8].

Scandling served on the Board of Trustees for Hobart and William Smith Colleges for 20 years and was the chairman for 11 from 1972-1983. In 1984, the Scandling Student Center at Hobart and William Smith Colleges was named to honor Scandling's generous philanthropic commitment to the Colleges. The Colleges' 65 foot research vessel was renamed from HWS Explorer to William F. Scandling in his honor ^[13][14]. In 2003, Scandling made the largest gift in the history of Hobart and William Smith Colleges ($15 million) ^[5]. Scandling's gifts to Hobart and William Smith Colleges totaled more than $30 million^[9]. In 1997 then President of Hobart and William Smith Colleges Richard H. Hersh was reported by Dana Cooke to have said: "Most colleges like ours have patron saints and guardian angels, who are key to their surviving and thriving. Bishop Hobart, William Smith, a few presidents, and Bill Scandling are in that category for us." in the Winter 1997 issue of the Pultney Street Survey alumni and alumnae magazine^[15].

The Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester (established 1958) was renamed in 1993 to honor the memory and legacy of his late wife, Margaret Warner Scandling, who had graduated from the University of Rochester in 1944^[3]. Mr. Scandling made gifts over the years totaling more than $14 million to the Warner School. ^[16].

In addition to Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and the University of Rochester, Scandling was a major contributor to Johns Hopkins University where he established The Paul R. McHugh Endowed Chair in Motivated Behaviors in 1998, ^[17], Deep Springs College where he served on the Board of Trustees for 8 years^[8], the Salk Institute where a $1 million gift funded the William Scandling Developmental Chair for an Assistant Professor^{[8] [18] [19] [20]}, and Northern Arizona University^[21].

The Scandlings created the Scandling Family Foundation in 2000^[8]. Scandling and the foundation also contributed to many community-based organizations and causes such as the Peninsula Habitat for Humanity^[22], the Marine Science Institute in Redwood City, California^[23], the Equestrian Therapy Program at the Stein Educaton Center main campus of Vista Hill Foundation center in San Diego, California ^{[24] [25]}, as well as the John Hart Hunter Educational Foundation of the Kappa Alpha Society ^[26]. Scandling also contributed to politcal fundraising drives such as the Campbell (R) for Senate campaign ^[27].

JA+ is a modification for Star Wars: Jedi Academy. This mod is also known as JAPLUS.

It was designed to give you more features than the game came with.

Some of these feature include the use of a grapple hook,easier access to admin and jetpack,and full force duels.

You can also customize your lightsaber. There are also emotes and "taunt sounds" Also There are two "dimensions" The Alt-Dimension is just regular FFA where the Primary-Dimension allows use of jetpack,grapple,and certain features that don't work in Alt-Dimension.(Such as some admin features)

Håvard Homstvedt (born January 14th, 1976) is a Norwegian painter.

Homstvedt is based in New York and was named as one of 25 "Future Greats" by Art Review^[1]

After being awarded his International Baccalaureate Diploma at Berg School in Oslo he completed a bachelor's degree at Rhode Island School of Design (2000) and a master's degree at Yale University (2003).^{[2] [3]}

Homstvedt's first major solo show in Norway was at Galleri Riis. He received a very good review in Dagens Næringsliv for this show.^[4]
