Riverside High School for Engineering and Design (Formally Museum Middle School) is run by the Yonkers Public Schools. Riverside High School is Yonkers Public Schools 6th comprehensive high school , designed to prepare students to completely adapt to change, think critically and creatively, model ethical integrity, and value democratic ideals. We have high hopes for the new school and the creative programs it will offer. Riverside High school is expected to graduate its 1st class in 2011.

Riverside High School currently houses grades 7-9 ; the school will expand as follow :

Their projects will reflect scientific principles and environmental awareness.

   * Graphics and Interior Space Design will enable students to develop a working knowledge of the key processes involved in creative information technologies. Topics include production of effective advertising and media to create a variety of multi-media projects,   including websites, digital portfolios and virtual tours. Students will be utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Quark Express, as well as Final Cut Pro and Dream Weaver/Flash MX.

   * Video Marketing, Hospitality and EcoTourism will provide interdisciplinary experiences for students to master both interpersonal and technical skills for success in the Video Marketing, Hospitality and EcoTourism industries. Students will be prepared for careers in film making, hotel and event management, sports and entertainment, and tourism.

Nenad is a recording artist, composer, and performer who recorded for Sony, Universal, Decca, Polygram and many other labels. Two of his albums reached  No. 1 in Europe, and to date he has sold over one million records. In addition, he has performed all over the world with a wide range of artists, including Luciano Pavarotti, Bono & The Edge (U2), Brian Eno, Indigo Girls, Richie Havens, Garth Hudson & Rick Danko (The Band), Vince Welnick (Grateful Dead), Martin Sheen, Michael York, John Malkovich, Ellen Burstyn, and many more. He performed at Woodstock 94, and in 1998 he made a compilation album with Bruce Springsteen, Leonard Cohen and Allen Ginsberg. In March 1999, he opened the Miss Universe pageant in Europe. On his most recent tour he performed his music accompanied by Klapa Sinj, a Croatian a capella group, in New York City, Washington D.C. and Chicago.

Nenad also writes and records music for film and theater. He has scored many features and short films. One such project was "King of Cool," a biopic about the life of Steve McQueen which premiered on American Movie Classics (AMC), to over 65 million households. Another was "Life beyond Timothy Leary". Subsequently, Nenad scored the Mladen Juran film "Transatlantic", which was the Croatian entry for Best Foreign Film in the 1999 Academy Awards and a film directed by Burt Young called "Murder on Mott Street". Other projects include "The Making and the meaning of We Are Family" film by Danny Schechter in 2002, "Justice" by Evan Oppenheimer in 2003, "Freedom from Despair" by Brenda Brkusic in 2004. Recently Nenad contributed to the score of "Random Lunacy," the award winning documentary about Poppa Neutrino and the Neutrino family by Victor Zimet and Stephanie Silber.

Nenad is also a record producer with a special interest in documenting the fascinating but little-known musical traditions of his homeland, Croatia. His most recent work includes the production of four new SACDs (super audio compact discs) of a capella music from Croatia (by Klapa Sinj, Klapa Fa Lindjo, Klapa Navalia and Klapa Luka). These followed three previously released a cappella albums: "Fire on the Sea," by Klapa Fortunal; "Following the Cross," a collection of Lenten chants based on 600-year-old Gregorian Chants by the Pharos Cantors; and "Novaljo, Novaljo," by Klapa Navalia. The klapa music produced by Nenad was one of the highest rated programs on the long-running NPR radio program "Millenium of Music," hosted by Robert Aubry Davis.

Nenad's work and his life story have been featured on all the major US TV networks (CBS, ABC, NBC), on CNN, on Sky Channel, and on TV channels in Russia, France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Spain, Japan, and many other countries. Press coverage has been similarly widespread, ranging from The New York Times to Billboard, from The Washington Post to Corriere Della Sera, and from The Boston Globe to the New York Daily News.

Nenad sang in the new recordings of "We Are Family" benefit for the Sept. 11th fund as well as scored the film "The Making and the Meaning of We Are Family". He recently completed work as a language consultant for the literature and film project for four of the Harry Potter books.

Nenad is the creator and editor of CROWN (Croatian World Network, www.croatia.org ), an internet-based news and information source for Croatians and friends of Croatia throughout the world. The site posts news of interest and now features an interactive calendar for posting of events.

In 2006 Globus Magazine listed Nenad Bach as one of the 100 most influential Croatians in the world.

The long-awaited new album desired by his many fans from all over the world, called "Everything is Forever" is in the recording stage and will be released in 2008. Several songs will feature the sounds of his homeland by incorporating Croatian a cappella singers.

Through his singing and songwriting Nenad's goal is to spread the message of joy and universal peace.

Hey, remember that wannabe i-banker douchebag Alexsey Vayner and his insanely braggy resume video? Do you recall Eric Schaeffer, the failed writer/director who hates women and blogs about how he can't believe he's still single? Well, what if they met and married and through some breakthrough in medical science had a baby? He would probably grow up to be something along the lines of Atlanta's John Fitzgerald Page, who in addition to working in corporate finance, being a part-time trainer, and being available for work as a "costumed character" or a "stand-in," also somehow finds the time in his day to be a colossal, mindbogglingly douchey douchebag to girls he meets on Match.com!

We are given to understand (hey, who makes this kind of shit up?) that the following email correspondence took place between John and some lady. "So I winked at this guy on Match. Should have known better considering his screen name was "IvyLeagueAlum." He responds with the following email...

Henderson Boys is an eight book series, which will be written by Robert Muchamore, based on the early days of CHERUB, see CHERUB, when Charles Henderson was around. The first book is expected to be out in 2009.

Tấn công và tạo dựng nhiều phishing nhằm lấy quyền điều khiển các domain của các registrar : registerfly , networksolusion , ukreg, Naame.com, Lycos, HostSave.

Máy chủ NetSpace (dưới sự giật dây của Dương Vi Khoa) tuyên bố bảo mật mạnh nhất Việt Nam và thách thức các hackers. Neo đã nhận lời thách thức và cuối cùng đã local hack và Deface toàn bộ site của Netspace như Netspace.com.vn, whtvn.com ... góp phần làm sụp đổ giấc mộng bá chủ diễn đàn Web Hosting ở VN của Vi Khoa và đồng bọn.

Lúc này matrix nổi tiếng với đủ mọi hành vi phá phách ! Các tay tự cho là nổi danh về CreditCard thời đó đều tụ tập về matrix như : admin Neo, em_dai_kho, thamtutronhoc, fantomas311, pip, Homero, pokemon5gam, cigarette, DarkHawk , chube_hamhoc, phấn đầu bằng Neo, trungthep, Computer_Angel, Zombie, HXE ... " (trong các nick trên có người nhiều nick, nhưng cứ xem như mỗi người 1 nick)

Tuy vậy họ vẫn quen thói cũ: trao đổi credit card, account internet, các văn hóa phẩm không lành mạnh, thậm chí vi phạm thuần phong mỹ tục Việt Nam hay vi phạm pháp luật Việt Nam.

Đầu tháng 8/2004 : Matrix2k tấn công viethacker.org và vnmagic.net, tuyên bố "xóa sạch toàn bộ dữ liệu nhưng do đối phương có backup tốt nên đã restore lại", và cuối cùng Matrix2k lại mất trắng domain (matrix2k.org). Bên các diễn đàn hacker nối tiếng khác nhân vụ này cũng đấu đá nhau như HVA (hvaonline.net) , matrixVN ... Tuy vậy, lúc này các kỹ thuật phising để chiếm domain đều đã trở thành quen thuộc, nên khó thể hack được. Do đó, Neo quyết định quên hẳn matrix2k.org và tình bạn giữa admin vnmagic.net - Vietluv .

Tháng 2 năm 2005 : Quyết Định Chuyển đổi đường lối, từ hacking nay chuyển thành shameless security với tên gọi vnISS - Vietnam Internet Shameless System . Những năm đầu thành lập vnISS, tuy sử dụng cơ sở dữ liệu mới nhưng vẫn giữ cơ sở dữ liệu của matrix2k. Từ một thời các thành viên chỉ lo hack tứ tung, hack bất cứ cái gì có thể hack . Nay chuyển thành security, họ vẫn tự coi mình là Underground và Shameless, như tự chứng tỏ họ là những con người shameless trong "bóng tối" !

Giữa năm 2005 : vnISS bị flood và DDoS quá nặng, do dùng trên shared hosting, Neo cho đóng cửa trang web ! Neo quyết định mua domain tại Nhân Hòa, mua dedicated server cho vnISS, tự config, tự bảo mật ! Trở thành một khối công trình sừng sững tưởng của các diễn đàn giải trí vietnam cho đến đầu 2007 (bị deface & drop database phải ngưng vô thời hạn) !

Đầu năm 2006 : Mở lại vnISS với phiên bản mới gọi là "vnISS+" Thời đại hoàng kim của vniss, hàng lọat các nhân vật trẻ mới xuất hiện trong làng kissing và shameless, đáng kể đến là đội ngũ admin : Neo, DarkHawk, Computer_Angel (cũng là thamtutronhoc ). Neo đã nhận ra sai lầm từ matrix, bỏ đi "chế độ quân chủ chuyên chế". Cùng các admin khác chung tay góp sức vnISS+ . Hàng lọat các nhân vật mới tập tọe máy tính dần thay thế cho lớp quản trị cũ như : Necromancer, pip, trungthep, reck0r, kilua, kichu, dinhcaohack, ... Họ đều là các cậu ấm dư dả tiền bạc lướt net cả ngày, sau một thời gian các admins dần truyền lại kinh nghiệm đã có thể tiếp quản vnISS+ !

Tuy nhiên lúc này xảy ra xung đột với admin Nhạn Môn Quan (nhanmonquan.net) là Tây Độc , khiến hàng trăm member NMQ kéo qua spam, flood ngập diễn đàn xỉ vả VNISS... Nhiều thành viên của VNISS cố gắng phản công nhưng không làm gì được vì Tây Độc là 1 system admin ở US , rất lành nghề. Đây là một điểm tối đáng thương hại của VNISS.

Cuối tháng 4 đầu tháng 5 2006 : vnISS+ tuyên bố là tiên phong trong việc tự nghiên cứu và phát triển bug của loại diễn đàn nổi tiếng IPB (Invision Power Board) . Kèm theo đó là việc bị phản đối mạnh mẽ trong giới IT Vietnam bằng việc túc trực trên các site tin tức Exploits như Milw0rm, nhằm chinh phục các trang web dính lỗi, bảo vệ các trang web đen, phân phát Credit card chùa, XXX... những kẻ chống đối đều đã bị xóa sạch dữ liệu, đáng kể là : hack thẳng vào registrar directi, cầm reseller của hvaforum.net(trang web hacker mũ đen), toàn bộ các account còn lại như vnhacker.org , hvaonline - hvazone.com , hvaonline.tzo.net ...

Kèm theo đó là việc dò theo tutorial của HackerNoHat để tấn công HVA ( Hacker Vietnam Assoiciation), do nhầm câu lệnh nên thay vì download database forum đã thành insert rác vào database, khiến trang web nổi tiếng tụ tập các hacker này phải đóng cửa gần 2 tháng ! Tuy vậy cũng xin khẳng định lại : "Quan hệ giữa Vniss và HVA luôn luôn tốt đẹp. Vniss+ có nắm giữ cơ sở dữ liệu của HVA, nhưng không phải là toàn bộ và chúng tôi không rao bán nó, chỉ khoe chọc tức chơi kekekeke".

Do có một số nhân vật trục lợi, men theo vnISS+... ĐÓ là việc giả mạo rao bán database HVA ( trong khi đó vnISS+ chỉ đổi tên các box thành "HVA chỉ là đệ tử VNISS, you SUCKS !" ), việc có nhiều member dựa vào thế lực vnISS+ để hack các trang web tuyên truyền như Diễn đàn Vi Khoa rồi đề tên vnISS+ . Điều đó khiến cộng đồng tin học phẫn nỗ , tập trung lên tiếng vnISS+ !

Kèm theo những tai tiếng, vnISS+ vẫn nổi tiếng với việc tự cho mình là chủ các tài liệu, thủ thuật bảo mật giúp ích cho webmaster như chống virus lây lan qua YM! (như virus gaixinh), chống tần công DDoS, chống local attack, cấu hình server ... . Nổi bật là nhóm xForce Translator, chỉ với 8 người trong 1 năm rưỡi họ đã dịch được ebook CEH, chứng chỉ nổi tiếng thế giới (ebook dày hơn 100 trang).

Cuối năm 2006 : vnISS+ mở sân chơi wargame, dành cho các newbies trong vnISS thử sức với một server của vnISS+ tự lập. Điều này càng chứng tỏ đường lối bảo mật vững chắc của vnISS+ !

Lúc này xảy ra xung đột với UDS, rất may là không thất bại chua cay như hồi Nhạn Môn Quan. NEO đã liên hệ với Ban Quản Trị (BQT) vnISS+, trong một cuộc họp vào buổi đêm giữa BQT updatesofts và BQT vnISS+, Neo đã giao trả tên miền cho nhóm UDS với điều kiện không xâm phạm lẫn nhau và buộc nhóm UDS phải bỏ việc tuyên truyền Warez hoặc là phải trả 3000 USD cho vniss !

The Stories Of Eva Luna is a collection of 23 short stories written by Isabel Allende. Written in 1989, it was tranlated from Spanish to English in 1991.

1. Two Words. This story is about a wordsmith named Belisa Crepusculario. Belisa is famous for wandering from town to town using her skills with words to sell everything from love letters to story telling and bringing news from neighbouring villages. 2.Wicked Child. This is about an 11 year old child named Elena. Elena lives in a boarding house diligenlty run by her mother, who ensured that her tenants were always of good moral fibre and could pay the rent on time. When Elena's mother accepts the Nightingale, a local bar singer, into her home, Elena's infatuation with him seems to change her from a shy child to a desperately curious adolescent. When her mother strikes a relationship with the Nightingale, Elena obsessively spies on the two using her mousy unobtrusiveness to camouflage herself. When one night, Elena can no longer contain her feelings, she sneaks into the nightingale's room posing as her mother. Narayani is a 4 years old tigress (on year 2008) wich has been found when a little cub in Nepal. Today is included in the TAL - WWF Orphanage inside the Chitwan National Park. Rumors about her history are that her mother killed five local men during the annual two weeks used by villagers in Terai to enter the jungle and cut grass, trees such as collect other goods for their own life and business. Being too little to survive alone in the jungle, the TAL hosted this tiger with the goal of giving her back the freedom as soon as possible. This means, for example, an active learning sessions about hunting. Slieve Rushen is the name of a mountain which straddles the border of Counties Cavan and Fermanagh and thus the international border between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. It is also called Slieve Russell or Ligavegra (Also Legavagra, Ligavagra). It has an altitude of 404 metres above sea-level and sits at Latitude 54.151925 & Longitude -7.642642. OS 1/50k Mapsheet: 27A & 26. Grid Ref: H234 226.^[1]. The mountain is comprised of grey limestone with a cap of sandstone and shales and is extensively quarried by local companies. The surface is mostly covered with peat, pine forests and grazing fields.^[2]. The mountain contains several caves and swallow-holes including Pollnagollum and Tory Hole which are a popular destination for potholers. A recent addition to the mountain is a wind-farm with turbines for generating electricity.

The name Slieve Rushen derives from the gaelic "Sliabh Ros-in" which means "The Mountain of the Little Wood". However an alternative explanation of the name is given in a Middle-Irish text c.1400 from the The Yellow Book of Lecan entitled "THE SETTLING OF THE MANOR OF TARA", in which verse 34 states "daughter of Toga of the grey stormy sea, at that time ’twas a woman, she from whom Sliabh Raisen is named.".^[3]. The earliest surviving mention of the name occurs in the Annals of the Four Masters for the year 1111 A.D. "A predatory excursion was made by Toirdhealbhach Ua Conchobhair, and he plundered Tearmann-Dabheog. Another predatory excursion was made by him; and he plundered as far as Beann-Eachlabhra, Sliabh-Ruisen, and Loch-Eirne".^[4].

The mountain has been inhabited since at least 3,000 B.C. as is evident from the ancient court cairns and wedge tombs still surviving, such as in the townlands of Doon, Aughrim and Aghnacally.^[5].

Rio McGrain (born 18th July 1991 in London) is an English footballer, playing for the youth team at Fulham. He has been called "The English Cafu" by many local sources. According to Radio Clyde in Scotland, McGrain has been linked with a move to Scottish club Rangers.

Asopos is a river that rises in Viotia and discharges into the South Euboea Gulf in Greece, about 60 km north of Athens.Forty years ago, in 1969, through a Presidential Decree, issued by the Military Government (Junta) that ruled Greece at the time, Asopos was proclaimed a Processed Industrial Waste receiver. The river the Ancient Greeks worshiped as a god (Asopos was Poseidon’s son) was unfortunate enough to run through areas that turn out almost 20% of Greece’s total industrial production.

Today, Asopos’ waters receive waste from hundreds of industries, situated at a nearby Industrial area. Nevertheless, only a slight amount of water reaches its estuary. The texture of the soil absorbs the largest part of the water, including all the industrial waste, and spreads it to the whole underground water. This results to a possibly irreversible pollution of a huge area with various waste, amongst which heavy metals, including the renowned due to recent publicity, Hexavalent Chromium. This is an element that causes cancer and/or mutations.

The water from the springs, the fountains and the drillings in this whole area is no longer suitable for any human use, neither drinking nor cooking, bathing and washing clothes, not even for watering plants!

Hundreds of thousands of residents inhabit the area, especially during the summer. All these people have been consuming water for years, without ever having been officially informed of the hazards, until early this summer (2007).

Recently, after 3 adjournments and a delay of 6 years, a trial took place. 10 out of 18 defendants were acquitted due to misrecorded data! For those convicted, the highest punishment was the ridiculous amount of EURO 5000 as a fine!

Various reportings have revealed that some industries open up drillings and convey inside all their waste- directly into the underground water!

Tanner Powell

(1995-) Tanner Powell is a twelve year old child prodigy. He was born is Beaufort, South Carolina and curently resides there. He has a slight case of giantism, which attributes to his great height.He has IQ which is extremely higher than the average adult. He is not given much credit for the work he has done, but he solved many sceintific problems within the past few years, he was even with the group of sceintest that unlocked the human genome. He does suffer from a small case of pyromania but he believes it is a blessing in disguise. He also was the in spiration for Eion Colfer's Artemis Fowl series. He has recently graduated from Yale University, although he comes from a middle class family.He a very atheletic child also.

Lewis Ingham was born in San Diego, California on November 5, 1985.

In his teenage years he became heavily involved with the San Diego punk scene and began working for the local band Cheap Sex. After filming one of their shows, their record label, Punkcore Records asked Lewis Ingham to make a full length DVD for them, entitled, Pure Punk Rock. Pure Punk Rock was released internationally in 2005. In December of 2005, Lewis Ingham began work on a music video for the Seattle based punk band, the Briefs, for their song "Stuck On You". The music video was aired internationally in March 2006. After the success of "Stuck On You" he was asked to do another video for the Briefs' record label, BYO Records, this time for the Boston based punk band, A Global Threat, for their song, "Cut Ups." In the summer of 2006, the Briefs asked Lewis Ingham to direct and edit a feature length documentary about their band, which was released to good reviews in Fall of 2007.

Lewis Ingham attended Steele Canyon High School in El Cajon, California from 2000-2004. Lewis Ingham currently attends the University of California, Santa Cruz, with an expected graduation in 2008.
