CHICAGO SUN-TIMES 7/19/07 LORD CONRAD BLACK dined and sipped Cristal with a few friends, Joe Fosco and attorney Robert DeMeo, at the 200 East Supper Club on Tuesday night. They called the intimate gathering a "Majority Win Victory" celebration. Black talked about his two favorite politicos, former Presidents Richard Nixon and Franklin Delano Roosevelt, both of whom he has authored books on. He also reportedly said that he thinks U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve is an excellent judge. Black also promises to "remain committed in his pursuit of full vindication. CHICAGO SUN-TIMES 10/02/07 Holy Name stewardship committeeman Joe Fosco hosted a party at LePetit Paris for dignitaries and supporters of the Archdiocese of Chicago. The group included Bishop Timothy Lyne, TEC-Carrier heiress Mary Ann Mungo and semi-pro Hall of Famer Donald Johnson. During the party, media mogul Lord Conrad Black phoned in from his Florida estate to say hello. CHICAGO SUN-TIMES 12/18/07 Cardinal Francis George hosted a private holiday party at the Holy Name rectory last Friday. Please read the 3rd-party-verified sources below (which are extremely CEREDIBLE sources; Chicago Sun-Times is the largest Newspaper in Chicago): [Joseph A. Fosco], born Joseph Anthony Fosco, on March 19, 1973 (Chicago area Socialite, [Chicago Archdiocese]-Affiliate and Spiritual Philanthropist). [Joseph Fosco] grew up in the [Chicago] area and was raised [Catholic]. During his teenage years, Mr. Fosco, who from age 13 was raised by a widowed mother, experienced emotional difficulty, therefore, knowing how hard growing-up can be, Mr. Fosco vowed to devote his life to helping people in need. A short while later, Mr. Fosco began helping the elderly and the sick on a full-time basis. In 1999, Mr. Fosco helped create the Franklin Charitable Foundation in Chicago Illinois. Its purpose was to provide help for the elderly and the sick. In 2001, the Franklin Charitable Foundation, via Mr. Fosco’s spiritual-direction, established a “fund” for children with emotional problems. The “fund” was established in the name of [“Sahara Moorer,”] a 15-year old runaway that was murdered in Chicago at the time. http://www.thecrusade.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=20115&mode=linear

In 2003, The Franklin Charitable Foundation was dissolved and reincorporated as “NPI-Franklin Organization.” Since then, Mr. Fosco has served the organization as its “honorary” Vice-Chairman. The organization’s new role provides “philanthropic consulting” and “strategy building” for perspective “Catholic” donors (it is not a fundraising organization). In mid June of 2006, Mr. Fosco was “Confirmed-Catholic,” by [Cardinal Francis George] (personally) at [Holy Name Cathedral], in [Chicago]. In early May 2007, Mr. Fosco was invited to an “honorary” position, Holy Name Cathedral “Stewardship Committeeman.” In late May 2007, Mr. Fosco introduced his brother-in-Christ, [Lord (Conrad) Black], to the Archbishop of Chicago, [Francis Cardinal George]. Since that introduction, Lord Black remains dedicated in helping Mr. Fosco with his spiritual efforts pertaining to the [Chicago Archdiocese], and in general.
Mr. Fosco helped create the Franklin Charitable Foundation (“FCF”) in Chicago Illinois. Its purpose was to provide help for the elderly and the sick.
The “FCF,” via Mr. Fosco’s direction, established a generous "six-figure fund” for children with emotional problems. The “fund” was established in the name of Sahara Moorer, a 15-year old runaway that was murdered in Chicago at the time (Published in Savoy Magazine).
The “FCF” was reestablished as “NPI-Franklin Organization.” Since then, Mr. Fosco has served the organization as its Vice-Chairman. The organization provides “philanthropic consulting” and “strategy building” (primarily) for perspective “Catholic donors." NPI-Franklin Organization is not a 501 C 3 organization.
Mr. Fosco co-hosted basketball tournaments for C.A.A.E.L. at the world’s famous (home of Bull’s-Michael Jordan) “United Center” located in Chicago. The Late William Wirtz, owner, donated the use of the “United Center” to Mr. Fosco, for the charity events for C.A.A.E.L... no doubt, this was done out of respect for the late (liquor drivers) union-executive, Romie Nappi, an uncle of Mr. Fosco’s, and close associate of the late Arthur Wirtz (Judge & Dolph Liquor Distributorships).
Mr. Fosco bequeathed NPI-Franklin Organization with a modest six-figure endowment for future development.
Mr. Fosco was invited to an “honorary position," by Mr. Joseph Konen, Director of Stewardship at Holy Name Cathedral (an entity of Archdiocese of Chicago); as “Stewardship Committeeman.”
Mr. Fosco affiliated erstwhile media mogul, Lord (Conrad) Black, with Chicago's Archbishop, Francis Cardinal George. Since, Lord Black and Mr. Fosco remain (devotedly) collaborated, concerning comprehensive “non-profit matters," as well as Archdiocese of Chicago related matters (via Mr. Fosco’s relations).
As of January 2008, Mr. Fosco has established the “Papal Committee” via NPI-Franklin Organization. The goal is to provide underprivileged students as well as students who are overachievers with the rare opportunity to visit the Holy Father.
