Rogue Storms are storms that acording the National Weather Service are storms that arn't predicted. Rogue Storms vary in severity and can occur at any time. A text book example of a Rogue Storm would be the July 19th 2006 storm in St. Louis Missouri. The storm system that produced this Rogue Storm moved east across Iowa into northern Illisoid before making a drastic turn south-south east towards St. Louis. The storm as it head southeast gained strength and bacame more compact as it hit St. Louis. The Rogue Storm knocked out power to nearly 550,000 residents. Storms like these are not reported as Rogue Storms and are commonly labeled as Outbreaks or Severe Storms.

Kristen Tringali is one of the first "test tube" babies, created by a process called in vitro simply meaning that she was conceived outside of the body. Computer Room Weather Systems is an IT term used to describe the various factors found in a computer room, server room, or data center that combine to create dynamic airflows with high and low pressure area just like Earth's weather system. The three main factors in creating computer room weather systems are:

1. The heat generated from computers, servers, network equipment, and any other heat-generating appliance.

2. The cold air produced by air conditioning units and distributed throughout the room by various means such as air ducts, powerful fans or ventilated floor tiles.

3. The obstructions to air flow (like server cabinets, supply cabinets and structural pillars) creating eddies, currents and blockages (just like mountains, depressions and buildings do in natures weather system.)

The term was first made popular by Firebird Engineering[1], a Utah-based engineering firm that focuses on analyzing cooling problems in computer rooms through the use of various computational fluid dynamics programs.

Similar to natures weather, the cooling of a computer room is often thought of in an almost mystical and unpredictable way. The "hot spots" created by excessive heat in computer rooms is more often that not treated with the addition of more CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units. However, companies like Innovative Research[2], and Ansys[3] (the two leading developers of Computational Fluid Dynamics software) have proven that air flows within computer rooms are extremely predictable through the use of proper modeling, measuring and a through understanding of physics.

Joseph Steffan (born July 29, 1964 in Warren, Minnesota) is an American lawyer and gay activist. He was expelled from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis in 1987 after revealing his homosexuality to his commanding officer. At this time, he was six weeks from graduation and one of the top six midshipmen within the academy. In 1988, Steffan, represented by the Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, sued for reinstatement. His case was unique in that he was accused of no homosexual conduct; his separation from the military was predicated solely upon his admission of homosexuality. An appellate court panel rebuffed the trial judge's order that Steffan disclose his sexual activity while at the academy anyway. In 1991, U.S. District Judge Oliver Gasch ruled in favor of the Navy in the case of Steffan v. Cheney. Upon appeal, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in 1993 reversed the district court decision and found in favor of Steffan, but the full court overturned the decision the next year and Steffan decided not to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Besides the increasing conservatism of the court, the election of President Bill Clinton and his fomenting of a new policy on gays in the military were factors in the decision of Steffan and Lambda to drop the case.

While the case was pending, Steffan finished college at the University of North Dakota and law school at the University of Connecticut. His collected papers from the case now comprise the largest collection within the University of Connecticut Law School archives.^[5] Steffan is now a lawyer in New York City.

He was born in 580AD in Metz, France. During his life he converted from an advisor to the Roman army, to becoming a monk and then Bishop of Metz.

St Arnou died in 640AD where after the citizens of Metz ceremoniously returned his body home. During this journey a miracle happened. At an ale house in the town of Champiguelle, the tired porters carrying his coffin received a mug of ale that never ran dry.

A new s-Video-minijack connector is now becoming popular in japans range of ultra mobile laptops, such as the fujitsu FMV MG75X. The s-Video-minijack is a standard stereo audio mini-jack connector. However this connector has only 3 "pins" so it has been implemented with the y-gnd and c-gnd of a standard s-video cable wired together.

Unfortunately finding a cable to connect a s-video-mini-jax to a standard s-video input of a tv is difficult at the moment. A hack exists to connect it to a tv. First connect a the standard stereo audio mini-jax to 2 RCA audio converter to the s-video-mini-jack socket. The luminance ouput is now the white pin, and the chrominance is the red. Next connect the standard 2 rca to s-video converter to the rca outputs of the mini-jack converter. And finally connect to the s-video plug to the tv.

Plavac mali (in Croatian: a little blue), sort of grape and red wine typical for Central and Southern Dalmatia. Wines made of plavac mali are most famous and most expensive Croatian red wines, although production of plavac mali varies from very expensive to a cheap, mass market wines. Wines made of plavac are famous as very heavy, with high alcohols and tanine. They are usually vera dark. That is probably one of the reasons why Croatian language is one of very few languages where red wine is not called red, but black wine. Recent genetical researches confirmed that plavac mali is most probably next kin of American zinfandel, which itself, according to genetic, could have Dalmatian origin. Most famous terroirs of the plavac mali are on the southern slopes of the Central Damatian island, often on the almost vertical cliffs above the sea. Some of these terroirs are Murvica (on island Brač), Ivan Dolac (on island Hvar), and Dingač and Postup (on peninsula Pelješac). Plavac is also cultivated on island Vis and Korčula. Recently, it is cultivated also in Macedonia.

Soparnik - sort of Dalmatian vegetable pizza, typical for area of Poljica, northeast of Split in Central Damatia. Soparnik is made on thiny bread loaf similar to pizza or foccaccia. That loaf is baken in a oven together with ingredients: swiss card or some other wild green vegetable, garlic, and olive oil. In some cases, grape raisins and almonds could be added. After baking, big soparnik (sometimes over a meter in perimeter) is split into a smaller, tradiotinally rhomboidal slices. Soparnik does not include meat or grease, so it is traditional meal for days of fasting, specially Good Friday and Christmas Eve. Today it's very common fast food in central Dalmatia, usually delivered on Split market by peasant women.

Abstract:

Bead Probe Technology (BPT) gives the electronics industry a new alternative in providing electrical access (called “node access”) to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) circuitry needed to perform In-Circuit Testing (ICT). Node access is critical for components on the PCB to be electrically connected to the electronic test equipment that is performing the In-Circuit Test. The technology combines a new test point placement method with a well-known probing technique, as described below.

What is Bead Probe?

Bead probe is a probing method used to connect electronic test equipment to the device under test (DUT). It complements traditional probing solutions that use a sharp test probe to connect the test equipment to the DUT. The BPT primarily targets high-speed and high-density printed circuit boards which generally have insufficient conductive locations (test points) on the DUT to be connected to a test probe.

Bead Probes are made from a very small “beads” of solder that fit atop of a printed circuit trace as shown in Figure 1. They are constructed so as to have no effect (ideally) on the width of a trace, indeed perturbing the local geometry of the trace in only the Z dimension. Beads are only a few mils in height, enough to clear the surrounding soldermask. The bead will be roughly elliptical in shape and may be 15-25 mils long.

Figure 1 show a graphic representation of the bead on the trace from both end and side views.

How are Bead Probes made?

Bead Probes are constructed with solder paste and solder reflow technology. The solder paste bead is placed on the PCB after opening up the solder mask and exposing the copper trace. Solder paste is applied along the trace and reflowed. The resulting solder-beads are formed as a test point sitting on the PCB traces. It's than can be probed using traditional bed-of-nails fixtures that have been fitted with flat-headed probes.

Figure 2 to 4 show the location of typical bead probes being formed after the reflowed and probed successfully.

What is the benefit?

The benefit of using bead probes is in the small size of the beads. With widths of just the thickness of the PCB traces and lengths of about three times the trace width, the beads are sometimes only visible using magnifying glasses. While traditional test points require additional board real estate, the small size of the bead probes allow them to be placed anywhere on the PCB trace, providing direct access to board circuitry without the need to route dedicated test circuits. This increases design flexibility, speeds up the layout process and makes it possible to add test points without changing the layout. In addition, because of their small size, bead probes do not affect the signal quality of the signals transferring within the PCB trace, even with high speed signals that are common in today’s products. Thus the bead probe methodology is ideal for the testing of high-speed, high-density PCB assemblies.

Viška pogača (foccaccia from island Vis) is a kind of traditional Croatian salty pie similar to pizza calzona. It is typical for island Vis in central Damatia where use to be a traditional fishermen's brunch. Viška pogača iz similar to covered pizza. It's basic ingridents are salted sardines or anchovies, and onion. In last century, when water supply permited gardening, tomato sauce became a regular third ingredient. Since there are two bigger villages on the island - Vis and Komiža - distiction is sometimes made between Komiška pogača and Viška pogača, one being with, another without tomatoes.

After Bathing at Baxter's was released in 1967 and is the third album by the San Francisco rock band Jefferson Airplane. Unlike Surrealistic Pillow, released earlier the same year, After Bathing at Baxter's is classified as psychedelic rock because it eschews the more commercial type pop songs, such as "Somebody to Love", that appear on the earlier LP. As such, it was a watershed album; they were now a much heavier rock group. Jorma Kaukonen's electric guitar was especially more to the forefront in both volume and tone.

Divided into "suites", this musical shift is typified by lengthier and more experimental compositions such as the nine-minute instrumental "Spare Chaynge" and Grace Slick's mammoth and unusual "reJoyce", a homage to James Joyce's novel "Ulysses", with its quirky arrangement and Jack Casady's stentorian bass-line. Many of the album tracks reflect the band's heavy use of the drug LSD.

The cover art is by cartoonist, artist, writer, film designer, and film director Ron Cobb.

A soft ban is the banning of a character or tactic, generally in fighting games, without actually in fact banning said character or tactic. It is an agreement between top players not to use the character or tactic, while nothing in fact would prevent them from doing so. An example is in super street fighter 2 turbo, Akuma was available as a secret. Due to either an oversight by the producers, or an intended flaw, he was impossibly good. Addyson Medley is a stage actor in California theaters. He's set to play a character in Sin City 2. Medley was discovered in a play in San Diego by a producer of the film and recommeded to director Robert Rodríguez.
