[edit] River City Jim
This request for creation has been accepted. Please do not modify it. |

This request for creation has been reviewed. The reviewer comments appear below the article text.
Influenced heavily by Rooster Teeth Productions' series, Red Vs Blue, River City Jim has a similar sense of humor and feel to it, but possesses notable differences. While most machinima is created using three-dimensional video games such as Halo 2, Half-Life 2 or F.E.A.R, River City Jim is filmed using the two-dimensional NES game, River City Ransom. Although the graphical content of the series is incomparable to machinima created with more recent video games, the humor and plotlines are similar to other modern machinima. Currently, the only piece of the series available for viewing is the official trailer found on YouTube. The first episode is due in late August-early September. [edit] Energy balls (charmed)
[edit] Energy BallEnergy balls are fictional bolts of concentrated electricity that form a ball in the WB series charmed energy balls can kill stun or irritate the target depending on what the user whishes to do to the target. Most beings can be destroyed by one fully charged energy ball except for high ranked upper level demons like the source, shax and Zankou who need an extremely large energy ball to be thrown at them or a lot of energy balls to be thrown at them. Demons, warlocks and mortals disintergrate but witches do not disintergrate but are thrown backwards but still killed. The first time an energy ball was used on the show was by rodrigeuz who posed as a police officer. Other users have been demons like belthazor, zankou and some whitelighters and witches like wyatt halliwell have been shown to use them. [edit] Sources1. [edit] Alzeena's muff
Alzeena was a little school girl... once... UNTIL SHE MET blank!!! it was a sunny summer day in 2006 in blink house blink left them together in a room that was so silent and clear UNTIL blank lowered the trousers of alzeena and notcied that somthing wa slurkin in the woods. Some believe that in that FOREST there is a cure for cancer...and many baby BLANKS. Legend has it that the MUFF in question contains a small but very real city with the distinct smell of fish. Legend has it.. a man has been spotted in these woods. He managed to get out of there along the dirt track in his jeep. Legend also has it that the hair that used to be on her head migrated (just like her family) to her hairy pum. Leaving a distinct bald patch. Many tribes that live there have shaved their heads in a homage to alzeena's very sexy bald patch. Some people call her muf the "lungs of the earth" as the forest is so big! and many near to extincts animals live their in harmony - dinosaurs are known to roam about the muff. In recent years the hit flick Jumanji was based on her muff and some believe certain heavy rainforest scenes in the film were shot deep in the heart of the muff. Several of the crew never made it back (RIP Kimbo Slice). [edit] Sources82.69.83.64 13:21, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Espuma
The culinary term Espuma derives from the Spanish verb espumar (to froth) and literally means “foam”. The concept of Espuma cuisine was created by Spanish Super Chef Ferran Adria, a pioneer in molecular gastronomy. Ferran Adria is part chemist, part inventor and part avant-garde artist. Famous for reconstructing food, he is a gastronomic genius and inventor of Espuma. The consistency of the typical Espuma is comparable to that of mousse. It is a light, edible foam in which natural ingredients, from potatoes to espresso, are mixed with a gelling agent or emulsifier, placed in a pressurized food whipper (see www.isinorthamerica.com) and forced out with the help of nitrous oxide. Espuma cuisine/ Culinary foam method The Espuma cuisine or culinary foam cuisine was first introduced in 1994 by Ferran Adria the famed Master Chef of El Bulli near Barcelona, Spain. Famous for his unique cuisine, Adria creates sweet and savory Espumas, always respecting his philosophy of combining unexpected contrasts of flavor, temperature and texture. This emerging culinary art form has spread to many top restaurants across the world and throughout the United States. Because of its expanding popularity, leading culinary schools, such as The Culinary Institute of America, are now incorporating Espumas into their training programs and curricula. Renowned Chefs also practicing this technique include Jose Andreas, Rick Tramonto, Kevin Sousa, Sean Brock, Rob Willson, Roland Luciano, Grant Achatz, and Marcel Vigneron (contestant on Top Chef, Season 2.) Like eating vibrantly flavored air, once in the mouth, Espumas add culinary intrigue to dishes. Espumas are created using a whipper, to act as a dispenser, charged with nitrous oxide canisters. Espumas can be created from various liquids made from foods such as vegetables, fruit, butter or cheese. iSi GmbH created the iSi Gourmet Whip, and subsequent thermal whippers like the iSi Thermo Whip and iSi Thermo XPress, specifically for the preparation of hot and cold Espumas. The iSi equipment allows the natural flavors of the ingredients to develop into intense flavors that are as pleasing to the palate as they are to the eye. A traditionally heavy sauce or dressing is aerated to become light and frothy. The Whips allow the natural flavors of the basic ingredients to develop their full potential by providing a method of preparation without necessarily using eggs or heavy cream. Valuable substances contained in ingredients such as vitamins are also fully preserved. Today, the home chef can quickly and easily prepare Espumas, gourmet soups, sauces, dips, desserts and flavored whipped cream with the use of iSi food whippers that are available at fine retailers like Williams-Sonoma. Types of Espumas Differentiation by Taste, Temperature and Stabilizers Taste – Espumas can be made with nearly any ingredients to achieve a desired sweet or savory taste. Temperature – Once a taste is selected, then a temperature for the Espuma can be determined. Both cold and warm Espumas can be prepared with the proper equipment (e.g. – iSi Gourmet Whip, iSi Thermo Whip, iSi Thermo XPress Whip) Stabilizers – An essential step towards creating an Espuma is selecting a consistency. Different stabilizers are used to achieve a desired consistency. Stabilizers used for the creation of Espumas are: Heavy cream Gelatin Egg whites Starch Espuma Stabilizer Flow Chart The following is a chart that determines which type of stabilizer is appropriate for the desired Espuma creation.
When creating cold espumas, the Gourmet Whip is a preferred tool. For example, when one of the ingredients must be heated first, such as gelatin, the Gourmet Whip’s ability to cool down quickly in a refrigerator is greatly beneficial. The Thermo Whip is the recommended device when creating hot espumas that need to remain hot for long periods of time.
Flavor – The special preparation method of Espumas allows the natural flavors of the basic ingredients to develop their full potential so that their taste can be entirely savored. Nutrition – Valuable substances contained in the ingredients, such as vitamins, are fully preserved. Menu Variety – These original creations are a treat for the eye and add an exquisite touch to cuisine. Espumas can be used as a cocktail, entrée, side dish or dessert. By simply adding or changing the ingredients Espumas can enhance all menu options. Plating Creativity – Decorator tips allow for different presentation options of Espumas. Light and innovative cuisine has no limits.
Methodology 1) Taste Espumas can be made with nearly any ingredients. Nevertheless some are more suitable for Espumas than others, such as: Olives, Water, Chocolate, Meat and Meat By-Products Caviar, Corn, Spices, Flowers, Foie Gras, Fruits, Flour, Herbs, Eggs, Tea and Coffee, Vegetables, Alcohol and Liqueurs, Marmalade, Bread, Fish and Seafood, Cheese and Milk, Vinegar, and Juice. 2) Function The versatility of Espumas makes them suitable for a variety of preparations. Espumas are used as amuse-bouche and hors d’oeuvres. They are also served at cocktail and dinner parties in everything from toppings on soups to sauces on entrees. Espuma applications can include (but are not limited to): - Cocktails - Amuse-Bouche - Appetizers - Soups - Side Dishes - Sauces and Dressings - Garnishes - Desserts
The consistency of an Espuma depends on its composition and resting time. For example, an Espuma will have a different consistency depending on the use of more or less gelatin, cream, egg white or starch, and how long it rests before being served.

Yesterday, I submitted it with citations to the paper publications. There is nothing contentious in what I am submitted and have provided the national Anglican Journal as one source and the local Sower as another source. I am a little confused as to why I need better sources. The article that was accepted yesterday had nothing but websites. I provided two published papers. Today, I resubmit it with the URL's to webpates for those same sources. I have also included some citations to the Calgary Herald (both paper and URL's). The Calgary Herald is the local mainstream newspaper. Hopefully that is "third party" enough for you.] 64.141.96.41 17:20, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Kansbahal
It remained a rather unknown tribal village in the Sundargarh district of Orissa until its emergence into prominence with the establishment of "Utmal Machinery", a heavy engineering unit serving the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). Utmal Machinery soon took the form of Larsen & Toubro Limited's (L&T) Heavy Engineering Works. L&T started this as a modern township - a planned mini city for its employees. Resources were poured into developing the unknown place into an ideal city. The projects included housing for over 1000 employees and their families, schools - Utmal English Primary School and Montfort School Complex, medical facilities, transportation, road network and recreational facilities. L&T Kansbahal Works, like the bigger RSP, attracted rich talent from all over the country. This helped Kansbahal become a culturally rich and diversified township. While L&T Kansbahal Works has had its ups and downs due to changes in the structure of L&T Ltd, the economy of the region and that of the country, the place itself has rapidly developed into a modern mini-city, comparable in many ways to those in developed nations. Many smaller communities have developed around and outside Kansbahal because of the growing importance of Kansbahal. The schools here, largely aided by L&T, have played a very important role in developing the region as a whole. Montfort School Complex is the local high school. It prides in having regular classes upto the 10+2 level in 3 separate languages - English, Hindi and Oriya - a unique feature not found anywhere else in the region. The generations that have studied at Montfort School Complex are now placed at important places in India as well as abroad. Indian Institute for Production Management (IIPM), formerly Indian Institute of Foreman Training (IIFT), is another internationally recognized institute located in Kansbahal. It serves to train professionals from India and abroad in advanced industrial fields. IIPM, then IIFT, was set-up by ICICI Limited in 1983 with the active support from L&T Ltd and the Government of Orissa. While Kansbahal itself is a very scenic place, like other places in this region of Orissa, there are hardly any transportation and accomodation facilities for visitors in the township. Visitors often come to Kansbahal to see the Kansbahal Dam, or on the way to the bigger Mandira Dam. The schools here host and participate in various regional and national level competitions. The city is surrounded by rice plantations primarily belonging to the tribes of the region. Monsoon (the rainy season) to late winter is busy with agricultural activities, when the place starts looking more like a village than a city. Charming tribal dances and melodious music can be witnessed till late in the nights outside the main township. [edit] Digital Pathology
Digital pathology is a digital environment for slide-based interpretations that delivers consistent and accurate results, faster than traditional methods. It consolidates macro (gross) and micro (slide) information with case histories, work lists, reports, associated images and documents, and also with automated entire-slide analysis and CAD (computer aided diagnosis). It facilitates immediate access to information contained in glass microscope slides, from anywhere, and provides powerful tools for the instant archival and intelligent retrieval of histo-pathological data. [edit] To Call the Cleaners
[edit] Magical Mishaps6.03: Wyatt brings a dragon to life using one of his many powers, which causes the Cleaners to take him away and erase all memories of his existance. 6.19: Darryl Morris goes with Phoebe and Paige to find a criminal who they believe is posessed by a Phantasm. Unaware that they are being taped by Inspector Sheridan, Phoebe and Paige use their powers to trap the phantasm. Darryl kills the criminal. The Cleaners are forced to change the scene so that it looks like Darryl mercilessly killed the criminal. The sisters go with Gideon to the Tribunal Council and the mess is sorted out. In the process, they meet Barbas and Phoebe is stripped of her active powers (empathy, premonitions, and levatation). [edit] George Campbell Tinning 1910-1996
Tinning enlisted with the Black Watch Royal Highland Regiment in June 1942 and was appointed an official war artist in 1943. He painted in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland before being sent overseas. His first posting was to a Canadian Army parachute training school in England. In 1944 he was posted to Italy and later to Holland and Germany. He was demobilized in 1946. Tinning returned to Montreal where he set up his studio and joined the Canadian Society of Graphic Art and the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour. His commercial contracts included graphic designs for the downtown Montreal Simpson's store, the Maritime Bar in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Ball and the Manoir Hotel in Baie Comeau, Quebec for which he created nine prints each representing a French-Canadian and/or Aborignal legend. In 1953 George Campbell Tinning was elected Associate Member to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts, the pre-eminent artist’s association of Canada. He became a Full Member in 1970. Tinning painted and exhibited throughout the next fifty years of his life in Montreal. In the 1980s he created large acrylic abstract compositions in bright colors. These pictures, different from his earlier style, had mixed acceptance by collectors. His works were sold in galleries across Canada and privately in the UK. His last solo exhibit while still alive was held at Montreal’s Dominion Gallery in 1994. George Campbell Tinning died in Montreal on February 28th, 1996. Posthumously there have been two public gallery showings of George Campbell Tinning art. Notably, in 1999, the Moose Jaw Museum and Art Gallery developed the first solo exhibition in remembrance of him as Saskatchewan’s only war artist. Tinning was also represented in the exhibition “Canvas of War: Masterpieces from the Canadian War Museum”. This exhibition at the Canadian Museum of Civilization toured across Canada between 2000 and 2004. The Canadian War Museum has the largest single collection of George Campbell Tinning art. Private and corporate collectors have most of his non-war related art. He is especially noted for his many still life watercolors, his landscapes of the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia and the Eastern Townships of Quebec and his scenes of downtown Montreal. More rarely seen are paintings from Newfoundland, New Orleans, London (UK), Saskatchewan and his acrylic abstracts. --> Internet Sources: http://www.civilization.ca/cwm/artists/tinning1eng.html http://www.legionmagazine.com/features/warart/96-11.asp 216.185.89.153 22:10, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] KLauWBro
KLauWBro is a neighbourhood in Ottawa, Canada defined as "the area bounded on the north by the Ottawa River, on the east by the Bank Street, on the south by the Gloucester St and on the west by Bronson Avenue. Traditionally Centretown has been defined as of Ottawa west of the Rideau Canal, while Lower Town was everything to the east. For certain purposes, such as the census and real estate listings, the downtown core (between Gloucester/Lisgar and the Ottawa River) is included in Centretown. However, KLauWBro, because of its geographic location is not included in the formal definition of Centretown. Moreover, with its composition being almost entirely highrise apartments, it forms a distinct neighbourhood.

LASA serves over 300 organizational members in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura and individual members comprised of local, regional, national and international performing arts organizations. LASA has its origins in two separate organizations: The Los Angeles Theatre Alliance, a service organization founded in 1975, and The League of Producers and Theatres of Greater Los Angeles, a trade association founded in 1983. Since 1988, the two companies functioned as a single organization, sharing staff and office space. In 1993, the League formally dissolved and donated its assets to the Alliance (renamed Theatre LA, then LA Stage Alliance in 2003). It provides a simple, convenient way to take part in LA's thriving performing arts scene, and an invaluable opportunity for our members to generate revenue, build audience and heighten visibility for their productions. LA Stage TIX makes the performance arts more affordable for those patrons who might not otherwise be able to attend, while filling seats in member theatres that would otherwise go unfilled. Currently, patrons receive a weekly LA Stage TIX e-mail newsletter. LA Stage TIX is also available through LA Inc.’s Visitor Information Centers in Downtown Los Angeles and at Hollywood and Highland. [edit] LA Stage TimesEstablished in the summer of 1993, LA Stage Times (formerly known as Theatre Times Directory) is a cooperative advertising program between the Los Angeles Times and LASA. It appears Thursday through Sunday each week in the Calendar section of the Los Angeles Times. This partnership provides broad exposure to over 4.4 million readers per week. LASA offers separate discounted advertising rates for members and non-members. All rates provide a significant discount from regular display advertising in the Times. [edit] LA Stage BlogIn March of 2006, LASA launched its Weblog. The LA Stage Blog contains listings for opening and closing announcements, resources, opportunities, funding sources, job listings and other content for both performing arts administrators and patrons. With frequent updates and listings, the LA Stage Blog plans to include in its future: breaking news, video interviews, and supplemental material from LA Stage celebrity interviews. [edit] Workshops[edit] The Next Stage_In January of 2006, The Next Stage_ program was implemented at the request of LASA organizational members. The Next Stage_ is hosted at one of LASA’s member venues, led by volunteer business leaders of the topic. Topics are selected based on the needs of our members via the annual survey. Workshop topics that have produced thus far have been: Marketing, Sales, Legal Issues, Board Development, Funding and Financial Strategies. [edit] NAMP (National Arts Marketing Project)On September 8, 2006, LASA became the Los Angeles affiliate for National Arts Marketing Project (NAMP). NAMP is a project of Americans for the Arts and is sponsored by American Express. NAMP offers workshops which are designed to improve basic marketing strategy and boost audience development skills for small to mid-sized organizations that may not have a staff position dedicated to marketing. Past topics have included Budgeting; E-Marketing; Cultural Programming; Economics; and Performing Arts Touring. [edit] External links[edit] Sources
