Insights & Ideas Ltd. (I&I Ltd.) is a Management and Marketing Research and Consulting Firm, starting its journey on May, 2003. I&I Ltd. entered into the Marketing Research industry with the vision of adding new dimension in the services through efficient management of resources and ensuring quality output. The very nature of the business of the company requires committed and competent human resource and an efficient controlling mechanism at every level to ensure quality output.
For I&I Ltd., the experience of the last four years was full of challenges and obstacles, mostly in terms of achieving the desired productivity. Being a new company, it had the initial problems of lack of enough resources and established systems. However, now that the company earns a substantial amount of revenue every year, it is high time to utilize the opportunity of the turning point through systemizing its resource utilization.
