The Impossible Quiz is not in fact impossible; rather, it is incredibly difficult. It is a game from Slap-me-do that may be found on any major internet game site, such as Newgrounds or Addictinggames. The Quiz contains 100 questions that involve puns, plays on words, simple logic, and process of elimination to figure out. Once the player's three lives run out, he must return to the very beginning of the game and start over. The Impossible Quiz is known to be quite addicting, and many have spent countless hours or even days attempting to complete the game.

"Easy is the way" Is the final episode of season one of the Black Donnelly's, which is a television drama originated on NBC(then NBC.com). In this episode Tommy Donnelly tries to end his recent string of crime and regain his stability in his life. He frantically tries to concoct an exit strategy to his current predicament in which, the day previously, he assaulted the head of the Irish mafia Derek "Dokey" Farrell in front of many eyewitnesses. Tommy first attempts to "dig in" for the coming attack by sending for Kevin Donnelly to escort his mother and youngest brother "Sean" to Auntie Kitty's house in Greenwood Lake, New Jersey. When a neighborhood friend Dickey turns up with munitions from the Iraq(they just say the battle with Arabs) conflict a freshly shaved head Jimmy Donnelly changes Tommy's plans and heads off with Joey "Ice Cream" to exterminate Dokey with grenades. Tommy then takes a meeting with a local Irish detective named Frank who is friends with the brothers, but he tells Tommy that he was unwise for not killing Dokey when he had the chance. He also tells Tommy that his only course of action at this point is to run away with his family, while adding the comment that his father would be ashamed of him. Tommy then takes his first bit of advice and begins his plan to run away with the family by retrieving his hidden cache from the bar and purchases a Ford Passenger van for everyone to escape in. Tommy then starts his exodus in retrieving all the family members. He then visits Jenny Reilly and proclaims his love for her, but Jenny refuses to go with Tommy because of her mentally weakening father. Tommy pleads with Jenny to hold her answer for a later time and continues to round up his family. At this time, Jimmy tracks Dokey to his meeting at an abandoned warehouse and with Joey's help throws a grenade right in the middle of Dokey's pack. The problem with this plan is that the grenades used by Jimmy apparently are duds and do not explode causing the entire Union to chase after Jimmy and Joey. At this same time, Jenny is coerced into having intercourse with Samson because he threatens to kill her father. Tommy arrives swiftly to rescue Jimmy and Joey from the angry mob and return back to the Firecracker. Upon returning, Joanie convinces Jimmy to run with the family and Tommy then calls Jenny on the cell phone. Jenny, however, is exacting revenge upon Samson by ambushing him at his apartment with a lead pipe and beats him down with many shots to the head, and is unable to answer Tommy's call. As Tommy starts to leave he sees Joey Ice Cream standing there holding a shotgun looking sad. Tommy then looks at him and asks if he is coming as well. Joey then cracks a smile like he feels accepted and says, "yeah." and jumps in the van. As soon as they all start to leave finally, Dokey and the Irish mob ambush the van on both sides.

Tommy then gets outside of the van to confront Dokey, but Jimmy attempts to stop him. Tommy tells Jimmy that he is now responsible for the family and that he has to protect him. Jimmy watches as Tommy continues on. Tommy shows Dokey that he has no guns and asks him to let him family go. Dokey promises to let him go if he tells him if he killed his brother. Tommy reluctantly tells him he did and Dokey tells him to go. As Tommy is walking away Dokey calls out to Tommy to turn around. As Tommy turns around (thinking he is about to die) Dokey aims a gun at him. Tommy braces for the blast when Dokey re aims it at his mother and shoots Helen Donnelly in the shoulder. As Helen is shot, Tommy sprints to Helen and holds her in his arms hysterically. Kevin and Jimmy immediately cover Tommy as he returns to the van by shooting their guns. As they flee the scene, Kevin kicks out the side window and shoots Dokey in the gut, Mortally wounding him.

As the show concludes, Joey says "That's the Donnelly's, they never were able to make it more then a block out of the neighborhood."

The Archive for Christian Democratic Policy (ACDP) at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation [1], established in 1976 on the initiative of Heinrich Krone, Bruno Heck and Helmut Kohl, is the central archive of the Christian democracy in Germany.
By bringing together the sources of history of the CDU and processing the materials thus assembled, the founders’ aim was to enable extensive research to be conducted into the effectiveness of Christian democratic policy in German and European post-war history. The ACDP is in charge of the records of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU), its leading representatives, committees and organisations. It also collects records and other documentation of the Christian precursor parties and of the parties that have merged with the CDU. The records of the international Christian democratic parties, especially the European confederations, are also collected as they arise. Moreover by taking over the archive and library of the East German CDU in 1990 the ACDP has assumed a significant role in researching the GDR’s history.
At present the archive collection runs to 16,000 metres of files as well as extensive stocks of photographs, posters and audio-visual material. In addition to the historical archive a documentation which collects news and commentaries from the print media and television as well as publications by state institutions, political parties, organisations and the churches is at the user’s disposal. A specialised research and reference library is also available with about 164,000 titles on politics and contemporary history. This intermeshing of the domains of archive, documentation and library makes the ACDP both a source of knowledge and a research institution.
Its effective functioning is ensured as a result of
making its records available for historical and political research;
its own exhibitions, conferences and series of events (e.g. “Colloquy on the Kohl era” since 2000);

The Idol within the princethorpe comunity commonly named James O'regan is what I would call a true idol of our modern era. This man has been responisble for many help and useful activitys and helped to bring unity to the war struck area of Princethorpe. The community respects him and loves him for all of his work and for all of his commendable achievements has been awarded the highest honour that is the Gold Blue peter badge. Unfortunately, he has been linked with young women and been this scandle was noted in the local news paper, the Princethorpe times. He however denys these accusation which most will just see as vicious rumour.

Philogresz aka Ilker Soylu was born in that huge metropolis of Turkey ’ Istanbul ’ begin 80’s!

He got involved with his soulfood ‘Music’ on early age 6 by taking those boring piano lessons from a very strict teacher he hated. Years passed with ‘ blablabla’s until he found himself into cool & dirty attitude with setting up a grunge band which made a good reputation & attraction on the city’s college music scene! Couple of years of ignoring other styles and of course other people (‘comes with the attitude ‘ he cheers), he fell into this huge hole of Electronic Music and trapped with PVD’s For An Angel.

Depending on his living’s geographical status, he improved his vision of music by the connection of East & West! Some of his productions (triphoo&bigbeat styles ) like: ‘ Can je cure me ’ & ‘ Keder ‘ has been broadcasted at Turkey’s one of the leading alternative radio stations ’ Acik Radyo’ as he adds: ‘ 2002 was the year of getting serious on producing music and having a drive for my future career ’.

In Summer of 2002, he moved to Dordrecht / Netherlands and started his education HKU Hilversum on Music Production while he was busy with observing when & how, he can use his ideas that he saved for years. Then 078 Productions was born which today; he can not finish his explanation, when it comes what is it all about:)

With 078 Productions, he set-up an organization team with an aim to create a new dimension into Dordrecht's and yet into Dutch electronic music scene. Unfortunately, I had to say ‘No’ because of my preparations to move to the Netherlands. However, now I am enlightened with Dynamix & ready to complete my mission.

Nowadays; while he is performing, he is into ‘newjazz/brokenbeat & breaks/electro’ but actually, he can not define or fit in any style as he emphasis that he is a more musician than a deejay with 12 inches. His Nu-Jazz compilation & dj-mix ‘Jazzs’ has been recently broadcasted on Swiss Lounge-Radio.com.

He has produced & co-engineered MCC’s ( Multi Cluture Club) limited DVD release on 2004. In this medium, he also shows up with his breaks re-mix of ‘Where I live ( Philogresz Breaksz’T)’. His education at SAE (School of Audio Engineering) gave him a great knowledge & an opportunity to engineer Punk band Jurango’s ‘Double Zero’ & Jazzy-Electronica band Compaz’s ‘Wake up in the morning’.

With all these particles of music industry he is busy with: Philogresz experiences today and sees the near future with A Recording Studio with a function of Post, Surround & Film Score Production & A Record Label as he already busy with drawing the most important elements of this concept in his mind.

David Salinger qualified as a trichologist in 1973 with the Institute of Trichologists in England. During 1974 – 75, he worked at the University of Southern California as the Subject-Matter Expert in developing an educational program in hair and scalp diseases. Once completed, the course was given to the International Association of Trichologists (I.A.T.) to administer, and he was appointed Executive Director of the I.A.T. in 1975. Since that time, he has helped to train students throughout North America, Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., Singapore, India, South Korea and South Africa. He recently launched the course at the Mumbai Educational Trust College in Mumbai, India.

He was the first person in the world to use the amino acid "tyrosine" to treat such autoimmune problems as alopecia areata and psoriasis.

He has written two books that are used in colleges throughout the world - "The IAT Guide to Hair Loss" and "Picture Guide to Scalp and Hair Problems", and has also co-authored the book "Simplified Hairdressing Science".

He presently consults in Sydney and Adelaide at his clinics - the Australian Trichology Centres.

He has a B. Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham, U.K., and a Diploma in Personnel Management from the London School of Economics, University of London.

Sree Oorpazhachi Kavu is a prominent Hindu temple in the Edakkad grama panchayat.

Sree Oorpazhachi Kavu (ooril pazhakiya eachil kavu or ooril pazhakiya achi kavu). The name of this temple renders itself to two etymological interpretations. The former meaning pazhakiya (ancient) kavu (grove) surrounded by Eachil ( a herb) and the latter meaning pazhakiya (ancient) achi (mother goddess) kavu (grove) . Irrespective of what may be the more authentic interpretation for Oorpazachi Kavu, it is the presence of this temple at Edakkad that imparts historical significance to the area.

Sree Oorpzachi Kavu has its reference in indian mythology. It is believed that Sree Parvathy (Kali) performed tapas (meditative penance)in this holy grove to get rid of her dark complexion because Lord Shiva always taunted her on her dark skin. Thus it was here that she was blessed by Lord Brahma to have a lotus coloured skin ( and thus Kali became Gauri having gaura varnam – fair complexion ) and also told her that she would be the Ooru Devata(Village Diety) of this place.Thus came the shrine of Bhagavati, believed to be installed by Lord Brahma himself. In later years that Parashurama installed Vishnu and Shiva in the form of Daivatar and Vettakkorumakan in the same precinct. Thus Sree Oorpazhasi Kavu has the significance of Shaiva - Vaishnava - Shaktheya sanctums in a single temple enclave.

Apart from this the Mele Kottam ( Upper Courtyard) has the idol of Thondachan believed to be Vishnu-Shiva in single form as Guru (teacher) and Vaidya (physician). Melekottam is also considered as a place of worship of Saturn. As the sun reaches the mid sky, the vertical rays falls directly on the sanctum sanctorum, the "OM" mantra is chanted every day by the Deivatar Vellattom .This ritual is also done in the mid night by the Vettakkorumakan Kaliyattam. This ritual is a special one of its kind and not seen in any other shrines or temples. As per Indian mythology, Saturn, the son of Sun God, would alleviate devotees attending these rituals to rid themselves of the Shani Dosha.

The term Oor means village and Ooraalan (Ooraalar, if joint partnership) means master (masters) or proprietor in these villages. The Sree Oorpazachi Kavu temple was the seat of such a socio-political body that enjoyed partial autonomy and administered the region. Nine prominent Nambiar families were Ooraalar and constituted the village and temple assembly that arbitrated local administration. They belonged to a further endogamous denomination among Nambiars called Randu Illam Vargam (As they derive their ancestry from Mullapalli Illom and Velloor Illom). The nine Ooralar families ([2]) are as follows:

Nambiar men of the Randu illom vargam were addressed as Family name + achan, Kaikkor ( possibly equivalent to the south Kerala title Kaimal ).The women were referred to as name + amma or family name + amma or as Moothamblakka.

After the Land Reforms Ordinance was enacted by Kerala State Government and the breaking of Janmi- kudiyan (feudal tenancy relationship) system Sree Oorpazhachi Kavu and the Ooralar families donot have any socio-political influence in the area. However the eldest-male from these matrilineal families still perform their role as de facto Ooralar in the Sree Oorpazhachi Kavu temple administration during ceremonial events. One finds reference to this famous temple in the Malabar Manual by William Logan, the British collector of Malabar (Ref.1).

Professor Paul Curran (b.17 May 1955) took up his post as Vice-Chancellor of Bournemouth University in September 2005 having previously served as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Southampton University where he is currently a Visiting Professor.

He is leading Bournemouth University through a period of rapid transformation involving a focus on academic strengths and investment in people, buildings, educational innovation and research.

Professor Paul Curran is a distinguished academic and research scientist. His award-winning work in Earth observation, involving the use of satellite sensors to monitor the environment at local to global scales, is widely published and he is the youngest recipient of the Remote Sensing Society’s Gold Medal.

Most recently (2007) The Queen approved the award of the Patron’s Medal of the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers) to Paul for his ‘international development of geographical science through remote sensing and Earth observation’.

As a leading member of the senior management team at Southampton, progressing from Head of Geography to Dean of Science, Professor Curran was credited with high-profile leadership as Head of the Winchester School of Art, part of the University of Southampton.

A former NASA research scientist and advisor to the European Space Agency, Professor Curran's research interests include investigations into global environmental change, in particular the movement of carbon between the atmosphere and forests.

He is currently a member of the Research Policy Committee and Business and Industry Policy Committees of Universities UK, the Board of the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) and the Council of the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC).

Paul received a BSc from the University of Sheffield in 1976, an MBA from the University of Southampton in 1998 and PhD and DSc degrees from the University of Bristol in 1979 and 1991 respectively. He is a Chartered Geographer and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (with the Institute of British Geographers), Remote Sensing and Photogrammetry Society and Chartered Management Institute. His PhD was followed by academic appointments at the Universities of Reading and Sheffield before moving to NASA Ames Research Center in 1988. He held established Chairs in Physical Geography at the University of Wales, Swansea from 1990 and the University of Southampton from 1993.

Professor Curran is married, with a daughter (at Southampton University). His leisure interests include middle distance running.

Helen Hope Montgomery Scott (1904 - January 9, 1995) was a socialite and philanthropist who Vanity Fair once called “the unofficial queen of Philadelphia’s WASP oligarchy.” She is most famous as the inspiration for Tracy Lord, the main character in the Philip Barry play, "Philadelphia Story," which was made into the film of the same name. Mrs. Scott was a longtime chairman and executive director of the Devon Horse Show, and sponsored other events to raise money for the Bryn Mawr Hospital, her favorite charity. She was viewed as the epitome of Main Line high society and was a symbol of an aristocratic but free-spirited style and elegance.

Hope Scott was one of the four children of Colonel Robert Leaming Montgomery, who founded the investment firm known today as Janney Montgomery Scott. Her mother was Charlotte Hope Binney Tyler Montgomery, whose family had made its fortune in banking. In 1923 Helen Hope Montgomery married Edgar Scott, an investment banker and heir to a railroad fortune. After her marriage Mrs. Scott began to appear regularly on the New York Couture Group's annual list of best-dressed women. Her beauty and slim, angular figure (size eight throughout her life) was much admired, inspiring artists such as Cecil Beaton and Augustus John. Mrs. Scott became famous for lavish parties at Ardrossan, the Montgomerys' 750-acre estate in Radnor PA, where she entertained notables of society, politics, and the arts, including Averill Harriman, Cole Porter, and Katherine Hepburn. Her son, Robert Montgomery Scott, was a noted local philanthropist who served as president of the Academy of Music as well as the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

[edit] Early Life and Social Environment

Helen Hope Montgomery was initially educated by a governess, later spending a short period at a girl's boarding school, the Foxcroft School in Virginia. She had begun riding at the age of four, and horsemanship was a major interest of hers throughout her lifetime.

She was officially introduced to society as a debutante at the Philadelphia Assembly Ball in 1922. The oldest and most exclusive social gathering in the United States, it has been held every year since 1748 and is strictly reserved for members of the city's Social Register.

Philadelphia was America's leading city in the 18th century and continued to be an important commercial center through the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Its upper class at that time embraced a form of the class-consciousness described by Edith Wharton in such novels as The Age of Innocence, and the term WASP (White Anglo-Saxon Protestant) is said to have been coined to describe its members. Philadelphia society, more traditional than that of New York or San Francisco, consciously sought to ape the manners and pursuits of the English aristocracy with private gentlemen's clubs, leisure pursuits such as fox hunting and rowing, and the annual debutante ball, held in the great ballroom of the Bellevue-Stratford Hotel.

As the beautiful daughter of an "old money" Philadelphia family, Helen Hope Montgomery received four marriage proposals the evening of her society debut, but did not accept any of them. The following year she met 24-year-old Edgar Scott, a grandson of Pennsylvania Railroad president Thomas A. Scott, at a Main Line dinner party. They dated only a dozen times before deciding to marry, but her parents insisted they wait nine months more. Their marriage was described as the society wedding of the year, and covered in minute detail by the press. The newlyweds moved into Orchard Lodge, a ca. 1720 fieldstone house given to Mrs. Scott by her father as a wedding present, which is on the Ardrossan estate in Radnor Township.

The Pennsylvania Railroad, at one time the largest publicly-traded corporation in the world, was the source of many great Philadelphia fortunes. The railroad's main trunk line to Harrisburg, developed in the 1840's, ran west from the city through the farming country near Washington's famed Valley Forge encapment. In addition to acquiring right-of-way for its rail lines, the railroad also purchased farmland for suburban development and marketed properties as vacation homes allowing Philadelphia's wealthy urbanites to escape the city's notoriously humid summers. These suburbs, known as "The Main Line," developed rapidly. Wealthy Philadelphians purchased nearby farms and, hiring leading architects such as Horace Trumbauer and Frank Furness to design mansions, created an imitation of aristocratic English country living.

The Montgomery family had originated in Ardrossan, a Scottish town in Ayrshire. Colonel Montgomery was born into modest circumstances in Darby, PA and was determined to achieve social prominence. Upon becoming wealthy (due to his firms handling of the incorporation of the Baldwin Locomotive Works) he acquired several adjacent farms on the Main Line and developed them in 1909, naming the property Ardrossan. "The big house," the 45-room Georgian mansion that was to become an iconic symbol of the old Main Line, was completed in 1911 from a design by Trumbauer. The interior design was handled by White, Allom & Company, whose clientele included English royalty. The manor house features 50 rooms, 13-foot-high ceilings, and a dining room with accommodations for 30. Among the family portraits that decorate the walls are some painted by Gilbert Stuart and Thomas Sully, together with a famed portrait of Hope Scott by Augustus John. The piano in the ballroom was a gift to Colonel Montgomery's middle daughter, Mary Binney Montgomery Wheeler, from Leopold Stokowski, who unsuccessfully proposed marriage to her twice. In it's heyday, a full-time staff of 12 managed the housekeeping. In addition to the manor house the estate was home to more than 38 structures, including a number of historically significant homes; one structure dates to 1689 and another was built in 1742. Until the death of Mrs. Scott, it was a working farm, featuring a prize-winning herd of Ayrshire dairy cows.

[edit] The Philadelphia Story

Mrs. Scott became a noted figure in the international social scene of the 1920's and '30s. She danced the Charleston with Josephine Baker in Paris and the foxtrot with the Duke of Windsor at El Morocco. Confident and high-spirited, she is said to have convinced Edward VIII to stand on his head and reveal what was beneath his kilt (long johns), and claimed to have had to fight off the advances of a lecherous Augustus John. On one occasion she seated her dog as a guest at a formal dinner party. Her insouciance was to make her indirectly responsible for James Stewart's only Oscar, Katharine Hepburn's development into a major film star and, it is said, the popularity of "Tracy" as a girl's Christian name.

Edgar Scott had been a classmate of future New York playwright Philip Barry while at Harvard and the Scotts were lifelong friends of Barry and his wife, Ellen. The idle rich were a source of inspiration to Barry, who had also become interested in the then-new phenomenon of the tabloid newspaper. Tabloids were notorious for gossip and scandal, aenethema to conservative high-society families, and while on a visit to St. Paul, Minnesota, Barry had heard of a local criminal enterprise in which prominent wealthy families were blackmailed with threats of exposing family scandals. Furthermore Ellen had suggested basing a play on Philadelphia's social elite. The result was "The Philadelphia Story," a comedy of manners about a tabloid's invasion of a society girl's wedding, which appeared on Broadway in 1939 starring Katharine Hepburn. The motion picture rights were purchased by Hepburn's then-boyfriend Howard Hughes, and her reprise of the role in the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer feature film is said to have restarted her stalled movie career. A later remake of the film, "High Society," gave Grace Kelly her most famous role.

Upon her father's death in 1949, Mrs. Scott undertook the management of the Ardrossan estate, modernizing the farming facilities and becoming hostess of "the great house," although her brother and one of her sisters continued to live on the estate.

Mrs. Scott won many awards for horsemanship during her lifetime. Together with her husband she participated in fox hunting events and horse shows. A principal organizer of the Devon Horse Show after the Second World War, Mrs Scott was elected chairman and executive director of the annual event, which raised money to support the Bryn Mawr Hospital. She also served as a director of the United States Equestrian Team and of the American Horse Show Association. She continued to be socially active until her death in early 1995 at age 90. Her husband Edgar survived her for four months, passing away on May 26, 1995. She was also survived by her two sons, Edgar Jr. and Robert, and several grandchildren.

Antonio Géder (born April 23, 1978) is a Brazilian footballer who plays defence..

Géder joined to FC Saturn Moskovskaya Oblast in 2003 after spending 5 seasons in CR Vasco da Gama. He joined Spartak Moscow in August 2006.

He was a right-back in Brazil but converted to centre half when he arrived in Russia.

He has never played for Brazil meaning that many believe he should play for Russia.

Scott Stanchak (b. March 26, 1982 in Ridgewood, NJ) is a radio and television personality.

Scott Stanchak was born in Ridgewood, NJ and lived in North Jersey before moving to Kingwood, NJ in the mid-80's. He now currently resides in Clifton, NJ. He has an identical twin brother, Brian, who is a professional basketball coach for Seton Hall University and a younger sister Katy. His parents, for over 10 years, owned a store in Frenchtown, NJ called "Simply Country."

In December of 2003, Stanchak taped the first episode of "The Scott Stanchak TV Reality," a late-night television talk show. Over the next two years, Stanchak would executive produce and host 15 episodes of his TV show, not including live Presidential election night coverage (which lasted over eight hours that night) and a live audience show - both of which were taped on the Ramapo College campus and were firsts in school history.

2005 was a huge career year for Stanchak. In February "The Scott Stanchak TV Reality" was picked up by Patriot8, a central-Jersey cable station, which aired the entire nine-episode second season to over 80,000 households in 31 communities. Then, in October, the show was picked up and moved to Cablevision, one of New Jersey's largest cable outfitters, which had a viewership of over 500,000. In the coveted 11:30 p.m. timeslot, Stanchak's reality was pinned up against some of the late-night greats, namely Jay Leno and David Letterman. The show has since been moved to Cablevision's primetime lineup, airing at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.

In December of that year, Stanchak was named the newest anchor, host and producer for ISNN, a broadband television network. After joining ISNN, which was later renamed to the AT&T Tech Channel, Stanchak began anchoring their daily news programs, "News Now" and "Boring Tech Stuff." He's also served as host of "Gadget Garage," which previewed the hottest electronics on the market, and appeared regularly on several other shows.

Then in March of 2006, the soon-to-be 24-year-old accepted a position with Time Warner Staten Island (Channel 76) to be the network's newest sports reporter for their hit show "SportsTime." Along with reporting duties, Stanchak also handles play-by-play announcing for baseball games and serves as sideline reporter for all live basketball game broadcasts. In April 2007, Stanchak also joined Time Warner New Jersey's (Channel 10) staff, producing and reporting on games for their "SportsTime" program.

During the summer 2006, after a arduous audition process, Stanchak beat out nearly 500 people for one of two male V.J. positions with the 247 Music Network. Network executives were counting on Stanchak to be the face of their new TV endeavor; however, after being bought out by Atlantic Records, the 247 Music Network ended up not being part of their long-term music programming initiatives.

In May of 2007, Stanchak began working for FOX News as a writer out of their New York offices. FOX News is the most watched news network in the country and now Stanchak is now featured as one of their writers, penning news reports, breaking news reports and packages.

In October of 2003, Stanchak began hosting a weekly radio program ("The Scott Stanchak Radio Reality") on WRPR 90.3 FM -- the show went on to win three awards, including "Best Formatted Show," "Best New D.J.," and "Best Show Web Site."

In November of 2004, Stanchak began hosting his own sports talk radio show on WDVR 89.7 FM, located in Seargentsville, NJ. "The Cheap Seats with Scott Stanchak" became an instant hit on the airwaves as he took listeners inside all of the major and minor league sports teams located throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. WDVR reaches over 4 million people and has 500,000 regular listeners.

"The Cheap Seats" presented many great opportunities for Stanchak and he made the most of it, booking several great interviews, including Allen Iverson, Eli Manning, Joe Torre, Martin Brodeur, Miguel Tejada and many more. Some station firsts Stanchak initiated were a live 2005 Patriots preview, which included interviews, listener call-ins, insight and contests. He also broadcasted the first-ever live game on the station, handling play-by-play duties on Opening Day, April 28, 2005, as the Patriots took on the Lancaster Barnstormers, who were playing their inaugural game.

In May of 2007, Stanchak accepted a D.J. spot with Max 106.3 FM, which is a Clear Channel-owned station located in Franklin, NJ. The station is affiliated with popular New York station Z-100, simulcasting their morning show during the weekdays, and spins the hits of the 90s and now. He can be heard each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday's from 8 p.m. to Midnight.

In May 2000, Stanchak was hired by the Hunterdon County Democrat newspaper as a reporter assigned to cover the Somerset Patriots, a professional independent league baseball team managed by former New York Yankee great Sparky Lyle. What was scheduled to be a four-article stint for the paper that summer quickly transformed into a permanent position; and by 2001, he began contributing weekly.

While sports were always Stanchak's main passion, he knew he needed to broaden his experience to become a better writer. So in 2001 he also began writing for Hunterdon Today, a monthly magazine distributed throughout Hunterdon County, New Jersey. His beat was to interview local business owners with intriguing stories to tell.

Stanchak continued writing for both publications through 2002, and in 2003 The Democrat offered Stanchak the opportunity to also cover the Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the Yankees. He was officially their "Minor League Baseball Reporter," which meant three articles (one Patriots notebook, one Thunder notebook and a feature column) a week for the 30,000 circulation paper. He also covered celebrity visits to the area.

Stanchak's work was among the most praised inside the sports section and he began receiving messages from readers on a regular basis. One of the readers was the editor of The Reporter newspaper in Somerset, NJ. The Reporter was owned by NJN Publishing, the same company as The Democrat, and they were looking to expand their Patriots coverage for the upcoming season. The paper wanted Stanchak to be their exclusive beat reporter and he accepted. Notably, he was one of the main reasons their special Patriots season preview won a journalism award, contributing content for more than half of their eight-page spread.

In 2005, Stanchak began writing weekly humor columns for The Hunterdon Voice newspaper, which had a circulation of over 25,000. The paper was also utilizing him as their sports expert, counting on him to make his weekly NFL picks, as well as an advice columnist.

Over the years Stanchak's made additional TV appearances on ABC Family, FOX, and MTV2, among others. He's also had the opportunity to sit down and interview many high-profile people - Rickey Henderson, Derek Jeter, Mankind (WWE), Tiki Barber, Donald Trump, along with hundreds of others. Not to mention, Stanchak's covered almost every pro sport teams in the East Coast region, including games at Giants Stadium (New York Giants), Yankee Stadium (New York Yankees), and The First Union Center (Philadelphia 76ers), just to name a few.

Worth noting, in December of 2006, Stanchak landed the only interview with former Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush following his record-breaking performance in the New Orleans Saints 37-7 victory over the New York Giants. ESPN noted that night that the only thing Bush did wrong was speak to the media following the game - little did they know, Stanchak did.

Levannah Harris is an impressionist artist resident in the UK. Born on the 26th of December 1929, Harris first became notable in the mid 1950s with a series of caricatures exhibited at Glasgow's McLellan Gallery, later having a number of works housed at the Store of the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.

Although a mixed medium artist, some of Levannah Harris' most influential pieces have been oil on canvas such as 'Rapunzel' (1967) or 'Rue des Guardes, Paris' (1958).

Gregory was born on January the 18th in 1984. He is a member of Los Dissidentes Del Sucio Motel (LDDSM). He plays greatly drums and sings a little bit. Gregory work for Bouygues Telecom and he lives in Strasbourg.

Norm Burgos, a gym teacher and tennis coach at Tamalpais High School charged with sexual battery against a former member of the boy's tennis team, and was arrested on a $75,000 warrant following an investigation by the Mill Valley Police Department. One wonders why Mary Jane Burke, who knew about these issues, the stories, the rumors, the allegations, failed to take action. By far the wealthiest school district in Marin, spending more than $22,000 per student -three times the state average and among the highest in the nation. Yet its students have the lowest test scores in the county. More than half never graduate high school. Its teachers have among the smallest classes in Marin and are the county's highest paid, earning an average of $71,000 a year. Yet critics often target the teachers as the biggest part of the problem. And Mary Jane Burke and her predecessers continue covering up past and current transgressions of their teachers.

If you suppress it until you are married, you can never tell your spouse for fear of divorce, losing your job, being legally denied visitation with your children. You're in for a lifetime of shame and guilt and denial. How would you deal with it?'

You develop and live two lives. One life knows all about you and still loves you. Another life is your public mask who know only the mask.

Psychiatrists disagree about what forces are at work in men who cross-dress. One camp considers men of this type to have a 'gender-identity disorder,' to be 'women trapped in men's bodies.' In recent years, another group of doctors labeled some men who demonstrate these tendencies to be autogynephiles -- straight men who are essentially sexual fetishists, aroused by the thought or image of themselves as women.

J. Michael Bailey, a professor of psychology at Northwestern University and the author of The Man Who Would Be Queen: The Science of Gender-Bending and Transsexualism, is a vocal proponent of the science behind autogynephilia, and although he declined to comment about Larry Wachowski, he did describe typical autogynephilic behaviors. 'Autogynephiles frequently mention having a longing to be a girl that begins in childhood,' says Bailey. 'But the first outward manifestation of it usually crops up in early adolescence, when they discover that it turns them on to wear women's clothing. What you do not see, despite frequent claims to the contrary, is evidence that these folks were notably feminine in childhood.' Some experts believe that men who want to be women also tend to be what Larry Wachowski appears to be: a guy with a jones for technology. In 1974, Donald Laub, a plastic surgeon, and Norman Fisk, a psychiatrist, conducted a study at the Stanford University School of Medicine of 769 patients. Of the male patients, Laub and Fisk discovered an interesting predisposition: ' . . . to be interested in mathematics and computer sciences.'

Naturally, crossdressing impulses and potentials cannot be denied forever. They emerge partly, and in disguised form so as to elude the mechanisms of repression. For example, a boy may dream that he is a girl. And in dreams he may experience the totality of all these repressed thoughts and feelings. Perhaps the repression of these tendencies produces a form of 'arrested development.' These impulses linger in a state of continual half-activation, never fully on, but unable to be turned off until they are expressed. At this point, we should consider what happens with 'normal' male development--which, perhaps is not so normal at all. The usual dynamic is that the male eventually projects his repressed female side onto women in his life. Part of his attraction to women is that they display (or he imagines they do) some of his own female traits which he cannot let himself express. He experiences his own anima vicariously through his female partners and other women. But these women have their own identities. They are who they are, not the man's projection. When a man projects his anima onto them, he is not seeing them as they really are, and he creates false expectations for them. That is bound to cause problems.

One can easily see examples of how crossdressing leads to excess, or, at the least, fails to bring the crossdresser to a more balanced, happy, and effective way of life. How does the process go awry? One answer that perhaps the crossdressing behavior becomes autonomous of the original goal: crossdressing becomes a habit, rather than a spontaneous response to the impulse for personal completion. The analytic mind says 'I enjoy crossdressing. Let me plan and arrange my life to facilitate this.' In any case, crossdressing has secondary gains. For example, it is a way to escape reality. All people are prone to escapism, but the crossdresser is especially vulnerable. Crossdressing is secretive and therefore less likely to benefit from corrective support and feedback from friends, family, and society in general. Inasmuch as the crossdressing remains a detached and isolated part of the ego, there is nothing to say 'This much is enough.'

As things progress, the CD may develop almost two personalities. The male side has a concept of the female as almost a different person. He may even refer to 'her' in the third person. At the same time the reverse may happen. The female may see the male as like a different person. This might seem like 'multiple personalities' making people think it's bad. But it isn't a psychiatric disorder. With multiple personalities, different personalities within the same person are unaware of each other. The crossdresser does not just wear women's clothes. He creates a new persona. Here both the male and female parts are completely aware of each other essentially living a dual life. For a married CD such as this Olson, this can be problematic, as one wife knows about and accepts his cross dressing, his Nevada persona, and the other only knows his California persona.

James Olson, the College of Marin Band Director, has been accused of living a double life by Morgan Alexandra-Olson of Reno, Nevada, who filed for a divorce from Olson in Reno, Nevada in February 2007 (DV07-00352). Bay Area College Band Director accused of living a double life these last six years by his Nevada wife (another dominatrix?) who filed for a divorce from him in Reno in February 2007. Court papers filed by both in Reno and Marin provide glimpses into a secret world of adultery, sex, bondage, domination, cross-dressing, and fetishes. Into this vacuum of secrecy, rumors have flown. Wonder what would happen if we asked Olson to conduct the College of Marin’s Symphonic Band in Barber’s School For Scandal? What he has signaled in his Marin court papers, however, are themes that are recurring obsessions in adultery, affairs, crossdressing, secrecy, and double lives. In the Marin court documents, Olson's Nevada wife writes “All my husband’s nonsensical stories and muddy allegations have no basis in fact or truth. What is way more credible is that my husband created his colorful and petulant stories and supporting documents to discredit me, to create damages to offset our impending divorce/annulment 50-50 division, and to escalate the drama - again to force me, or even perhaps his California wife, or perhaps both of us, to fight for him, to prove we “love” him. Which I learned about in the Marin court-ordered marital counseling in one of my husband’s several surly divorce filings against me is that getting a woman to fight for him is a characteristic of cross-dressers, which my husband admitted he is in this counseling, and he admitted that he loves it when I fight for him. That cross-dressers are immature men who are always insecure of the love of the woman who loves him and obsessively creates on-going drama to always get her to prove she loves him. That cross-dressers are passive-aggressive. I also learned that is why my husband has a leather, rubber, vinyl obsession, known as a fetish, for the clothes, costumes and sexual props/toys he bought us and insisted we wear and use, and why he demands his bondage and passive sexual activities with me, both activities unknown to me until my husband, 9 years older than me, started his sexual relationship with me.'

In the Reno court documents of April 2007, is testimony from four independent witnesses who further confirm the Nevada Mrs. Olson's claims. Paul Hogan, Olson and Alexandra’s Reno mechanic, testified he had seen Olson and Alexandra over the last ten years as husband and wife, most recently in September 2006. Mr. Hogan also provided an Affidavit of Resident Witness in Alexandra’s Reno divorce filing under oath that Olson and Alexandra were together in Reno as husband and wife. Clara Stamulis, a client of Alexandra, testified she saw Olson with Alexandra several times in 2005 and again in 2006 in Alexandra’s Reno office and knew Olson to be Alexandra’s husband. Shari Proske, a Reno Greater Nevada Credit Union employee, testified she knew Olson to be Alexandra’s husband and had seen them together at the Reno credit union on several occasions over the past four years, last seeing them together at the Reno credit union in Fall 2006. Josh Neel, the tenant renting one of the Reno properties that Olson and Alexandra own, testified he met Olson in September 2006 at that property that he then rented from them, and was introduced to Olson as Alexandra’s husband. Olson admitted in both court's papers that he reconciled with Alexandra in July 1996, and that he executed a Nevada Living Trust with her in October 2000 that made each of them their sole beneficiaries. That Trust is still valid as of today. Wonder what the California Mrs. Olson thinks of that? According to the Reno court documents, Alexandra, a Truckee Meadows Community College (Nevada) Real Estate teacher, immediately after sending Olson two $10,000 checks, received an anonymous phone call from a woman in October 2006 at their Reno home that 'Jim had died.' According to Alexandra that phone call led to the revelation of Olson’s double life. The Marin court documents have that Olson has filed four times in Marin to divorce Alexandra (first in March 1991, less than 30 days after their February 16, 1991 marriage after being together for nine years, second FL6764 filed March 23, 1992, the third filed August 31, 1992 in FL7442, both times going to Marin court ordered marital counseling by then Judge Michael Dufficy where Olson admitted his until then closeted cross-dressing and bondage fetish, and both parties then went through exhaustive court ordered counseling for, and Olson’s first three divorces were dismissed, and that Olson has recently admitted he reconciled with Alexandra the fourth time in July 1996 from his October 19, 1994 Marin court FL 10061 divorce filing. In February 2007, Olson filed a Marin $1.5m libel suit against his Reno wife (CV 070655) claiming she has accused him of bigamy, having an affair with her, forging her married name of J. Morgan Olson in the purchase of a car in San Rafael, filing a false police report that she stole his car in Larkspur (although it was titled in both their names), sleeping with her during his four divorce actions, having Reno homeowners insurance with her, having a Nevada Living Trust with her, and of his cross dressing. In Olson’s libel suit, he claims he divorced Alexandra in Marin (California) in July 1996 then simultaneously admits he reconciled with Alexandra in July 1996 in Reno where Alexandra had relocated to in September 1995 after buying a house there in July 1995. Olson is the retired Band Director of Marin’s Redwood High School. Olson and Alexandra, together since February 1982, married February 16, 1991. In 1992, Olson was the accused in an action brought by his then student teacher from Dominican College, Cindy Wood. According to the Marin court records, Mrs. James K. Olson (Morgan Olson) obtained a restraining order against Ms. Wood when dozens a night phone calls were traced to Ms. Wood by the Sausalito police. According to the court documents Alexandra wrote 'When I went to the Marin Court against Ms. Wood, she attacked me in court screaming 'your husband is a pervert, a cross-dresser and' she 'had filed sexual misconduct and harassment charges' against my husband. That was the first I had heard of any of that. I obtained a restraining order against Ms Wood, and later a civil judgment.' In the recent Marin court documents there is a written reconciliation acknowledgment notarized in October 2000 in Marin by a Marin notary where Olson acknowledges his July 1996 reconciliation and reaffirmations of his February 16, 1991 wedding vows with Alexandra. In the Marin court documents Alexandra writes and there is the supporting document in the Marin court records that 'on June 14, 2000, my husband did indeed twice forge my married name on the purchase of a car in San Rafael, California when my husband signed 'J. Morgan Olson' with his 'JKO' initials next to it (see attachment). Since it is my belief we were married at that time as well as today, my husband makes a big leap over the credibility gap that this activity implies my husband 'violated a criminal law by forging Alexandra’s signature,' as it was my belief then my husband had every right to forge my married Olson name when we bought the Buick in Marin as I didn’t then, and still now, don’t go to Marin. I haven’t filed any criminal documents about it as I then and now don’t consider it a criminal activity. This document supports my reasonable belief my husband and I are married as it, then and now, as my husband did forge my married name twice in our purchase of this car in San Rafael, California. He did it in the context of my husband, which is not a criminal activity.'

According to the Washoe County, Nevada public records, Olson and Alexandra own five Reno properties titled in their still as of today valid Nevada Living Trust, of which they are both equal co-trustees and the sole beneficiaries of. There are copies of their Reno home owners and landlord’s insurance policies in the names of James and Morgan Olson in the Marin court records, with James Olson as the prmary insured. If Olson isn’t married to Alexandra as he now claims, then he’s been involved in several years of insurance fraud, and a few other frauds. Those Reno homeowners and landlord's policies are from both years before and after Olson's now claim to his California wife, Lucy.

In the Marin court papers, Alexandra wrote, 'I reasonably and in good faith believed, based on my husband’s claim of and then his 10 ½ year of behavior since, he had dismissed his fourth Marin divorce filing and we are still married, and I and my husband continue to act such, married, through a series of behaviors and conduct for the next 10 ½ years. My husband admits his July 1996 reconciliation with me. We had planned for me to move back to Marin, in with my husband at our Marin home when I retire, and then start selling our Reno properties. Divorce is not a handy vehicle for the summary disposal of old and used wives. Which is what my husband is now smugly alleging he did July 12, 1996, divorce me, while talking outside the other side of his mouth, his admission that he reconciled his marriage with me in July 1996. So now, several years later I’m suddenly the old and used 'former' wife, and an 'enraged' one at that according to my husband.'

In the rigid Marin County school world, social and sexual identities cannot shift, and must remain hidden. Here something different has occured though - two lives. A similar pattern of behavior from Craig Lee, the recently accused Marin school superintendent. Olson's life with his Reno wife is a private, never-before-seen one in Marin - awash in androgyny, leather and B&D. Friends of Alexandra say she says 'The divorce is not for Jim's fetishes, but for his infidelity.' Olson has again demonstrated his continuing willingness to take risks for his double life as there are recent love letters from Olson to Alexandra in the Reno court documents.

A retired San Francisco attorney commented off-the-record on this case. He says he rapidly heard about this case through the grapevine of the legal community as well as the Bay Area cross-dressing support groups of which he is an anonymous member. 'As a closeted transvestite now in my fifth marriage to another wife who doesn’t know, and although I deliberately chose to live in a locale that should be socially accepting, sadly, it’s just not true. I know of many heterosexual men in prominent positions who cross-dress, who are married and their wives do not know. Few, if any, women are happy with their man’s transvestite behavior and are definitely not happy with any scenario involving their husband as a transvestite. Olson and his California wife (who obviously didn’t know since Olson is fighting against it) live in a very narrow biased world subject to the pressures of exposure and embarrassment at now being outed in his double life. Even Olson’s attorney seems to have a righteous problem with it, writing mentally disturbed and a repugnant person of dubious moral character to describe Olson. Olson and his Nevada wife, who has known him for 25 years, and has adapted beyond the norm of most wives in her acceptance of him, only exists in Nevada. That’s a double life.'

Several Bay Area counselors also knew about this case. The consensus is that the vast majority of cross-dressing men are heterosexual, and that bondage, being tied up by an attractive woman during sexual intercourse, is the second most common male fantasy, with intercourse the first. One anonymously commented 'Mr. Olson has identified himself as a cross-dresser into bondage and with leather, vinyl fetishes. His mask, his double life, is that of passive-aggressive, shrouded in secrecy and well into a mental disorder with all the classic symptoms of Inversion. His obsession with mirrors, the ballroom dancing, his immaturity, his choice of career in music, and musical instrument, the trumpet, his narcissism, his wardrobe, his arrogance, his double life, compulsions, reality confusion, and repression in one life are all evidence of his over concern with his own pleasures.'

Named after an Egyptian goddess, Neith Nevelson was born in New York City in 1946, to a family whose name will forever be associated with that of the respected female sculptor, Louise Nevelson (1899-1988), Neith’s grandmother.

Assuredly, simply by being related to such a well-known master of modern painting, Neith’s childhood was unique in many ways, a childhood that, as an adult, would become reflected in her art.

Neith lived a dual citizenship mostly between Florence, Italy, and the United States with her mother, Susan Nevelson, and later on in the mid 1960’s with her grandmother at Louise’s studio in New York City.

Not surprisingly, though Neith grew up in a world which included horse-back riding, home-taught schooling, and a typical bohemian lifestyle, most of these things never made much of an impression on her. Suffice it to say that even recognizing the fact that by the time she was a teenager her grandmother had become an icon in the art-world neither Nevelson’s seemed to be very impressed by all the trappings of fame, money or the obvious regality that followed. In fact, similar to Neith, her grandmother had worked so hard and for so long for some name-recognition that when it did happen, she would shun the world that had seen her rise from poverty and obscurity to the woman she is known to be today.

Unfortunately, the immediate association to the Nevelson last name has worked against Neith’s development as an artist, something which is tragic in many ways, and unfair. Immediately, as by association, most people tend to associate the Nevelson name with Louise, while immediately discounting the merit and worth of Neith’s own oeuvre.

In 1991, a critic for the Miami Herald went so far as to write that though well-intentioned and with “lots of heart,” Neith’s art proved, nonetheless, that “talent is not always passed down in the DNA.” What this critic failed to point out was that Louise Nevelson’s own defiance against the artistic convention of the times, would eventually become masterly achieved and uniquely priceless works of art achieved by after a long process of trying to find her own artistic vision and after being influenced by many artists of her times-- as it is obvious if one pays close attention to Louise's works pre-dating the 1960's. In fact, Louise and Neith do share something in common. They were never comfortable with the art world and they would always be outsiders.

The question, though, then becomes this: why has Neith’s merit as artist go unrecognized for so long, often being criticized in ways that are anything but professional when her art, is viewed in its entirety, its development and maturity, is impressive. The proclivity by many in the art world to shun Neith as an artist of merit is disturbing, and such discussion is timely.

Neith’s art is complex, representative of tragedy by the emotional evocation it causes. Experimental combinations of colors, quick brushstrokes, and an obsessive desire to fill every inch of the canvas, can often make it difficult to understand. But this is hardly a problem. The energy is counterbalanced by a fine proportion between line and color, a proportion that makes the overall effect delicate, vulnerable almost. And the more we observe, analyze, scrutinize, the more it becomes obvious that what we are seeing is 1) a painting that may have begun as a dialogue between the artist and her inner world, and then the empty canvas; 2) a dialogue that ended with our own projections.

Neith’s art is not art for art’s sake, and one thing is not is commercialized and therefore overpriced. Her art does represent something. It means something. What exactly these are is what’s so baffling about them. If you seek to interpret them, usually the lack of balance, solidity or proportion makes the attempt impossible. There are traces of cubism in her paintings, as has often been pointed out especially during a period of intense artistic maturity that lasted for most of the 1990s, especially 1996. But even though this period was also Neith’s most intense, she never seemed comfortable with the one-dimensionality of cubism, especially as they applied to faces which are laden with such overpowering human emotions.

At her most complex and overbearing, and at her most uncategorized, Neith takes over the canvas as if possessed by a force larger than herself; making large, monstrous creatures reminiscent of Picasso’s Guernica, a fact that has often been pointed out by art critics but which, again, fail to see the essential vision that makes her so different. Unlike Picasso’s large works which seem to be political critiques of his times, Neith’s larger pieces are as powerful, if not more, simply by the fact that she’s almost physically crippled as the result of a car accident which nearly killed her and that went on to aggravate an already physical deformity caused by sclirosis. Furthermore, none of these paintings seem to be about anything in particular to which a deeply dividing social issue can be compared to, again such as in Guernica, but to give the same example.

At her most minimal, smaller works such as sketches, which are usually done on anything she can paint on (even over blueprint plans,) Neith captures a suffocating reality that disrupts our sense of limits and proportion by the sheer smallness of it. It is an art whose objectivity dissolves and whose ultimate effect on us unresolved and irreconcilable, like life itself. She calls many of these lithographs her “nebulas.”

Louise Nevelson’s legacy rests on monumental, solid structures made mostly from steel sheets, metal and dark wood. These sculptures seem to be representative of life as a process of transference, not opposition. Non-representational—with only colors adding to their distinctive strangeness-- these sculptures are unsettling, but more complete, compact. The elder Nevelson wants to remind us that life can be lived to its full potential. How can it not? How did we ever miss such ancient maxim? In many ways, this is art in the service of an ideal, a Platonic belief which gives life its conceptual and moral worth, not its rudimentary, divided, and raw primitiveness.

The question remains, though, what is it? What is Neith’s art all about? Unquestionably, it is dark and disruptive. It is Nietszchean in nature, and hence brutal. She sees life at this level as harsh, forced, and raped almost. The pained simulation of colors, becomes part of a physical and psychical dissociation between, say, the individual who suffers, who questions, who spends a lifetime trying to make sense of who he or she is, and a world bereft of meaning, at worse indifferent. While the conflict becomes enlarged such as in her larger paintings, so does the gap between any reconciliation between society as a medium of salvation and nature as a force of destruction; ironically, it is this same nature, this resplendence landscape she gives birth to with such colors, that seems to hold the key to our own salvation. Seek within and you shall find, perhaps. Seek without and become one more clone of civilization, assuredly your own destruction. Surprisingly, the person herself says very little. She plays with your mind by staying in the background. What you see if your projection— if that means that what you will see is fear let it be; if you see joy, an exuberance of colors, then, why not? Either way the choice is yours.

Throughout a long and prolific career, Neith has narrowed her artistic interests to three main categories: naked women, faces and horses. In turn, each of these categories captures the essence of a common denominator: from chaos freedom, from freedom rebirth, from rebirth death.

Neith’s horses, which are also her most perfect renderings as far as forms and shapes, are often only swirls of lines over a large stretched canvas. With horses, there are no embellishments or experimentations with colors, just simplicity for simplicity’s sake. Again, though at times these horses are paired in groups, the effect is always one of serenity, union. Her naked females are almost all amorphous, with weird curvilinear shapes that seem to be refractions from under water, and their effect, nonetheless, is nothing less than astounding.

Her faces, like the naked women, have a rudimentary and unfinished lack of proportion, though unlike both the horses and the female, these faces seem trapped, disturbed (mental, physically or both). The youthfulness of these male faces makes the overall effect striking, even odd, sad, and violent all at once. At first, they seem threatening, hostile and accusatory. On closer look, there’s an almost delicacy that further compounds our sense of balance. Neith has called these male faces her ‘nebulas’, perhaps referring to unresolved emotional problems, or perhaps emphasizing the sad legacy of slavery and its continued effect on the psyche of our society.

Long ago, as specified by curator Wendy Blazier in a 1991 booklet she wrote about the artist, Neith understood that personal empowerment, (often misinterpreted to mean just ‘happiness’), begins, ends and continues to be a transformative mysterious force that evolves in a recurring pattern beyond time and space. However, representing this into something that does revolve around spiritual or abstract metaphors, this power is best expressed in the cyclical symmetry of her main interests—her horses, women and faces. Each is a pattern of the other. Each a string to be pulled before another facet of this same representation becomes embodied in the hollowed parts of a woman, or in the sad face of an unknown male, or the naïve brutality of horses in different surroundings. Larger works of the females have a fractured force to them. The cubistic impression leads to a magical dynamic refraction about to be washed away by water before transmuting into another reflection, and another, and another; hence the power of Neith’s paintings, the ability to become transformative in a reversal of cause-effect once set into motion.

In a world where there are no perfect blueprints for living are given and where our future in itself is an undisclosed territory of fear, the only mechanism for survival that a human being is given is the gift of the imagination, perhaps the only assurance that divinity does exist somewhere. This gift, talent, or whatever else you call it is of course no guarantee of greatness or even a guarantee of anything innately special unless it is harnessed and turned into something palpably beautiful, gratifying, often strange and surreal—art, like life, is always symbolic, archetypal; hence mysterious, and universal. And that’s what visceral, serious and genuine art can do to us, a generation of people living in a self- described post-modern, a world where no nook or cranny of its topography is no longer a mystery, a cosmos that shrinks and expands at the same time that we break down sub-atomic particles, but a group of people still as awed by this strange sojourn through a dark meaningless infinity because just like pharaohs realized almost six thousands years ago, this journey, though seemingly long by standards of each individual dreamer, ends just as soon as it begins—in a second. Who knows, for some of us perhaps this journey might be fun. Hopefully, it will also be a worthwhile journey for each and everyone of us.

Rhyanna Anderson, born Rhyanna Justine Anderson, was born on August 4, 1989, to Tom and Pamela Anderson in Houlton, Maine. She has three siblings, Natalia, Robert, and Justine. Her residence on High Street, in Houlton, is the source of many extravagent hot tub parties.

The Leverett Circle Connector is a bridge in Boston, Massachusetts. It is the largest steel box girder bridge in the United States. It was the winner of the July 2001 NSBA Award. [13] Its weaving design was determined by the other major structures involved in the Big Dig (Boston, Massachusetts) but unlike other parts of the project, it was finished eight days ahead of schedule. [14]. It is occasionally known as the Storrow Drive Connector.

Stickman is a fictitious character mutually created by Samuel Britten Karow and Kevin Wolfe in 2002.

Stickman was originally perceived as a frivolous superhero caricature. A trilogy of makeshift short films, produced between 2002 and 2003, featured this bumbling protagonist.

Samuel Britten Karow's description of these early efforts:

“These early shorts were crude experiments subject to many trademark flaws of the green filmmaker: a nonexistent budget, an improvised narrative, inflexible household sets, pitiable video and sound quality, in-camera cutting, poor framing, sluggish pacing, and appalling acting. But view these homespun yarns in sequential order and one can detected an unquestionable improvement in each subsequent film; the slow process of trial and error begins to take effect and consequently the typical blemishes of inexperience begin to fade.”

Stickman One: By 2004, the comically rich, light-hearted Stickman had run its course. A new short film would reinvent the character, trading in his cartoon persona for a darker more sober demeanor. This film was Stickman One – it served as a complete re-imagining of the Stickman persona as well as the universe he inhabited. “An exceedingly simplistic story and an awkward mishmash of slapstick absurdity juxtaposed with faux-importance resulted in a badly constructed, incoherent mess.”

In the year 2007, Stickman will return for a what Karow claims to be "a definitive filmic representation." "The current production will strive to become a seamless amalgam stemming from the characters 2002 origin."

Vera Jimenez is the most-watched early morning TV traffic reporter in Los Angeles (KCBS 5AM - 9AM). She was born in Mexico and moved to Garden Grove, California at the age of three. Later she graduated Bolsa Grande High School in Garden Grove, Jimenez earned her A.A. in Journalism from Santa Ana Community College and graduated with honors from Cal State Long Beach, where she earned her B.A. Jimenez joined the CBS 2 News team on Monday, January 19 2006 joining Kent Shocknek, and Suzanne Rico behind the anchor desk to launch the station. The new "CBS 2 Time Saver Traffic" reports, utilizing state-of-the-art technology, during the station's weekday morning newscasts and of course, Vera's beautiful smile.

Jimenez joined CBS 2 after having spent two years (2004-2006) as a traffic reporter for KABC-TV Channel 7 in Los Angeles. Jimenez, who broke into the news business as a traffic producer with a background including work as an airborne traffic reporter for CBS 2's sister station KNX Radio.

Jacob Rasmussen is an American mathematician, currently an NSF research fellow at Princeton university.

Jacob Rasmussen received his PhD under the guidance of Peter Kronheimer of Harvard University; in his thesis he constructed the Heegaard-Floer homology theory of knots (which was independently discovered by Peter Oszvath and Zoltan Szabo). As a researcher at Princeton, Rasmussen has made major contributions to the area of low-dimensional topoogy and, in particular, knot homologies. He is shortly to take up the offer of a tenured position at Cambridge university.
