I didn't mean it like that. We'd be happy to have you edit as long as you follow the standards. --Rschen7754 (T C) 04:57, 26 October 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, but I'm only good at formatting and organizing tables and charts; unfortunately, I might have misinterpreted a lot of their standards. Also as mentioned above, I had an unusual addiction with Wikipedia, so that's the actual primary reason why I have to leave for a while because I need to make more time for school. For your information, I also locked my account (meaning I changed the password so I don't remember and I deleted my e-mail address) to ensure that I'm away from this site for awhile. (Seriously, two hours on Wikipedia is already considered addictive enough; why should I spend more time here?) If I were to return (which would most likely be next summer vacation since I have much more time), I would make a new account and continue to contribute. So, again, sorry that I failed to be one of many valuable contributors that you've always wanted. But thanks for your help and support for the WP:IH. I couldn't have contributed more without a bunch of helpful editors. Take care, Rschen! 68.5.47.155 18:24, 26 October 2007 (UTC) NOTE: This comment is from me, Artisol2345, under my IP Address.
I understand about the school thing. Good luck, and hope things go well. --Rschen7754 (T C) 19:59, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
Aristol2345, we all have to take criticism at one point or another. As Rschen said, we are trying to help you become an even better contributor, we are not trying to get you to leave Wikipedia. I was once on a verge of being blocked indefinitly from Wikipedia (see here) and I had a bad reputation from the beginning, but I never stopped editing. It takes a while to become a full-fledged contributor, and persistance is the key. If you have school issues and stuff, try to take a wikibreaks once in a while to get rid of wiki-burnout. Best of luck. PrestonH 21:23, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
As for yours, sure, it's the message in the quotes that made me leave Wikipedia. That message did not affect me directly; rather, it implied to me that any tables I format can be disappeared if a group of people find a new and better consensus for the article. Meaning for some reason, I don't like my contributions to be removed, but I understand that those would be for the better, so I'm not going to be complaining any more about it. However, that is not the main cause for leaving Wikipedia.
I said this two times already, and I'll say it again. The No. 1 reason is that I am one of some people who have an addiction of Wikipedia, and the only way I can overpower my addiction is to leave Wikipedia for a while... at least until next summer vacation. I like to help on Wikipedia, but grades is the top priority at the moment. See this message you are reading right now? I still can't leave Wikipedia just yet. I know that I should not edit anymore, but I still regularly visit my talk page to check for any new messages and reply to them in order to clear up any confusion about my message at the top.
Yeah, I plan to take a wikibreak until the next summer vacation, and I will likely come back on the third week of June. In fact, I might also come back during my Winter Recess from school for the last two weeks of December and a bit into January. I closed my account, changed the password, and deleted my e-mail address so I cannot retrieve my password. A wikibreak enforcer would not work because anyone can change their time and year in their bottom-right corner of their desktop. Though I would need to use a wikibreak enforcer for my IP, but I can't because I don't know if IP addresses even have their own monobooks.
So, I hope all that cleared things up! Sorry I type so much. And I'm sorry to hear that you were almost blocked. I thought I was the only one around who tries to contribute but receives a seemingly bad reputation. And you're right. I guess everyone must take criticism not just on Wikipedia, but of course in the world outside of cyberspace, too. I'll make a note of that. Anyways, best of luck! 68.5.47.155 21:46, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
To break a wiki-addiction, try to find something to do in real-life. Play video games, watch a movie, excercise (in the GYM perferably due to wildfires), hang out with your friends etc. That will increase your chances of breaking a wiki-addiciton. PrestonH 23:08, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
P.S. Resist the temptation to go on the computer. Chances are you will go to Wikipedia in an instant PrestonH 23:08, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for your tip! I am so changing my homepage so Wikipedia is not the first thing I see when I launch the internet. I'm going to go finish my painting projects. Yeah, I definitely do need to stay out of the computer for a while. However, I can't today since I can't go outside and I have nothing to do but painting or talking like this. I will make a note of that. And regarding to the fires, how did you know I lived in Southern California where the wildfires started? 68.5.47.155 23:37, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
Errr...your userpage (the section "About Me") and possibly your IP adress. Glad to help! PrestonH 04:04, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Varon Orichalcos.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Varon Orichalcos.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot (talk) 20:38, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notification Course

[edit] Sockpuppetry case

You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Artisol2345 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Edit Centric (talk) 09:50, 31 December 2007 (UTC)

See Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/Artisol2345 You both have been blocked one week for sock/meat puppeting. RlevseTalk 03:26, 12 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Removal of deletion template

This user account is the subject of an on-going sockpuppetry inquiry. As such, premature deletion may interfere with this case, therefore the proposed deletion is removed under the following guidance of the template its self:

"You may remove this message if you improve the user page or otherwise object to its deletion for any reason. To avoid confusion, it helps to explain why you object to the deletion, either in the edit summary or on the talk page. If this template is removed, it should not be replaced."

Upon conclusion of the sockpuppetry case, this template may be reapplied if necessary. Edit Centric (talk) 20:07, 1 January 2008 (UTC)

NOTE TO ADMINS - AL2TB replaced the deletion template on this account earlier this date, then BACKDATED it. In my opinion, these are NOT the actions of an innocent or transparent account, wishing to clear their name. This is someone attempting to get rid of evidence, and circumvent Wikipedia policies and guidelines. AL2TB - Guidance said DO NOT REPLACE THE TEMPLATE if it is removed. You do NOT have the authority to replace, nor backdate it. Gaming the system and / or circumventing the system is unacceptable. Edit Centric (talk) 04:40, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Please stop

Hey cuz, please stop with all your nonsense. It's bad enough that you're the one who made me have to go through an SSP and a CU case. Recently, you just impersonated as w:simple:User:PrestonH on the Simple English Wikipedia. You can't do that just because you hate PrestonH for personal reasons. Please stop going on computers at my house and editing under my IP. You've lost my trust in doing so ever since. (Besides, you already have your own, but Wikipedia is blocked from your computer.) Here is an e-mail from PrestonH if you haven't got it from your e-mail already... (PrestonH, I hope you don't mind that I say it here.)

"This is a message from PrestonH. Artisol2345, I'm becoming increasingly dissapointed with your attitude toward me and the other contributiors. Checkuser has shown that you tried to impersonate me on the Simple Wikipedia. I reported you to the admins on that Wikipedia and that account has been blocked indefinitely. I tried to help you, but your appearent unwillingness to learn has gotten you into deep trouble. Do NOT create any more in an attempt to intimidate me or consequences will occur. Artisol2345, becuase of your recent sockpuppetry, you have lost all the respect from me and getting that respect back won't be easy. Goodbye Artisol2345..." (from PrestonH)

And this...

Well, your cousin [which is you] is getting irritating, and I don't want that to happen anymore.

So, congratulations! All you did was convince Preston to update his userpage guidelines (check #7).

I hope you don't mind leaving Wikipedia for good. At least you've left your account. Now leave the site altogether unless you think you are willing to make useful contributions. I'm sorry to see this happen, and as your cousin, I hope things go well outside of Wikipedia. I don't expect a reply from you or anyone else. Despite what me and Preston said, I wish you the best of luck in life! ^_^ AL2TB ^_^ 20:42, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

P.S. By the way, this is not Wikipedia related, but I hope you can see me again at my house for my 16th birthday party in March! ^_^ AL2TB ^_^ 20:42, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] No sockpuppetry allowed

No suckpuppetry allowed. This nutshell is most general rule. One people equals one account only. Do not create extra account by pretending to be your brother or sister. if you are planning to be gone for a long time write it on top of your user page. I'm a junior in high school, I do get homework, usually I contribute Wiki during my 40 minute school break from 12:40-1 noon Pacific time. Making extra accounts and pretend to be somebody else will not save your life, and it only gets you in trouble. People is not too dumb to figureout. Use your same account for at least rest of your life. And by doind this your behavior is consider cheating. At school days you can use your account at your school at lunchbreak--Freewayguy (Webmail) 19:42, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

What's all those so many extra acconts for. People look at the way you contribute, and all those names seem like they are similar to the way you do especially posting message on each others user or talk page. Especially when you say Yorkabes is your sister try to lie and pretend she/he is somebody else, that proofs. Don't think people is an idiot, they have many ways to find out. I don't understand why you need to make one account every 3 month then lock yourself out make another one. Don't you even have time to contribute Wiki at school, what about lunch break?HUh?--Freewayguy (Webmail) 00:44, 29 March 2008 (UTC)
