Introduction

Globe artichoke buds ready for cooking

Hello, and welcome to my user page. I am male, half-White and half-Asian, and I go to high school in Tennessee. Tennessee is a decent place, just a little bit too warm for my taste; 50 degrees is the perfect weather.

Hobbies and interests

My userboxes describe a lot about me. I enjoy computer programming, mostly in the language of C#. I am still not very good with HTML, CSS, and such; as evidenced by my user page.

I have played the trombone for five years and am still not very good. I am in the marching and concert band at my school, which my friends say is a waste of class slots. I agree with them, I should be taking more AP classes.

As shown by most of the articles I edit in Wikipedia, I also enjoy playing video games, particularly ones made by Nintendo. Also, I have a knack for solving the Rubik's Cube quickly, as well as a few of its variants (i.e. Rubik's Revenge.)

Mozilla Firefox

Another thing about me is that I strongly believe that Mozilla Firefox is better than Microsoft's Internet Explorer. After a few years of using IE, I stumbled across Firefox, and as soon as I downloaded it, was amazed at what I had been missing. Firefox displays webpages more accurately than IE (i.e. my userpage), and I believe it is faster, safer, more secure, and has a better community. If you still use IE, I recommend you try Firefox; as I doubt you will regret it. In the mean time, I will try to fix my userpage so that it displays correctly in IE.

Wikipedia activity

Wikipedia has quickly become one of my favorite hobbies on the computer. I joined on July 29, 2007, although I was not very active until October. I have over 3,000 edits (not too much to be proud about, I know.) I mainly edit articles involving The Legend of Zelda video game series, Pokémon video games, and Chess, but you may occasionally see me edit other random articles.

A note to all vandals out there: the vandalism you cause is not damaging at all. It takes three simple clicks to revert it, and then it's all gone. Granted, it takes a couple more clicks to warn you. So if you are thinking about vandalizing, don't. You are not being funny, and you will not get away with it. Cheers!

Tasks

These are some tasks on Wikipedia I plan to complete in the near future. They involve cleaning up pages in the article namespace, usually by just doing some major copy-editing. You are welcome to help me improve these articles.

Awards

Giving someone a barnstar is a sign that lets them know that you appreciate the work they have done for Wikipedia. So thank you for everyone that appreciates my work, you really mean a lot to me.

The Editor's Barnstar
For your thorough de-crufting of Hoenn, Johto and Kanto (Pokémon), it impressed me. Knowing what to delete is equally important as knowing what not to delete. Nice work. WilliamH (talk) 18:16, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
