- I tracked down the answer which appears over several pages in the biography. The details are fascinating: Johnson was looking for good Tex-Mex cuisine and suggested that it be flown-in at some expense. Billy Sol Estes is a 1960's version of Marc Rich, Ken Lay, or even Tony Rezko. patsw (talk) 23:26, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
