[edit] Destruction of Documents

From my readings on the subject, I have been unable to find a specific example where AA partners instructed their employees to "delete Enron-related documents". The Enron engagement partner instructed his staff to "comply with the firm's document retention policy" and this was later reaffirmed by counsel. The instruction was vague enough to potentially imply that employees should shred documents in line with the policy of reducing the bulk of documents retained.

Can someone clarify if this was SCOTUS's findings of the facts in this case? Matt.hatton 06:05, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
