Category talk:Artist stubs

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I was going to add back the TOC template that was added by User:Tabletop on April Fool's Day, but thought better of it. People-stub categories do not allow alphabetization by surname; therefore, the alphabetized list is by given name, and the TOC doesn't help as much in finding someone in a stub category as it does in a "normal" category. If you feel strongly about having it in, though, please add it back. Courtland 03:11, 2005 Jun 9 (UTC)

Question: I added material to Adrian Piper and I deleted the "stub" designation. But how does the article get removed from the list? I also looked at Barbara Kruger. Lots there. I took off the Stub designation from her page, but don't know if that gets her off this list.--Sue Maberry 04:35, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Where are the printmakers?

They don't have a sub-category eg Master I.A.M. of Zwolle is in neither the painters nor the illustrators. Fallen between the cracks? Johnbod 02:59, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
