Arturo Herbruger

Arturo Herbruger Asturias (1912 — 1999) served as Vice President of Guatemala from 1993 to 1996 in the cabinet of president Ramiro de León Carpio. He was elected by National Congress. He was previously head of independent Supreme Electoral Tribunal.
